Third Bay All the Way

Third Bay is a great dinning experience. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal here either for Lunch or Dinner. I will say it is always a good idea to phone ahead for reservations as seating is some what limited.

Never disappointed. From soups, to salads, to sandwiches, wraps, and specials, I recommend it all. You must eat here when in Martinsville.

I go here for lunch often and the food is always wonderful and very fresh. The sandwiches are big and served on artisan breads. They offer several signature sandwiches apart from the more typical offerings. All are very good. They also have homemade pies and cookies for dessert. I haven't been there for dinner, but I'm told the crab cakes... More

GOOD NEWS: My Shrimp and Grits were wonderful and the Caesar salad was very good as well. Coming from Charleston, SC that is saying something. BAD NEWS: My husband's pork chops were overdone but edible. As it relates to service, this place was good, but somewhat snobbish for a restaurant in Martinsville. We didn't have a reservation (It was a... More

A small place with very good food. Not huge portions but they seem to strive to have quality food. Not a big place with limited parking but it is well worth the trip. Prices are reasonable to a little pricey on some things.

Food here is great. Lunch is really good but I enjoy supper the most. Locally owned and operated, the scallop concoctions are wonderful, pork chops are fork tender, and beef is outstanding. Call for reservations, though, because I am not the only one around here with this opinion!

Went here with a small group from work and everything was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we took the first bite of the dinner salad, until we took the last bite of chocolate chess pie, everything was delicious. Everything was prepared fresh once ordered so if you are in a hurry, this is probably not the place for you. Anytime... More
