Service is bad here. Food is not very good. You would be better off going somewhere else. The food taste as if was frozen before it was cooked. Not worth your time

No waitresses. Gross food. Dirty tables. In one year's time, this place has gone from a cute diner to a dumpy mini cafeteria. Will never eat here again.

My review echos others. Highly disorganized, limited hours. It is what you would expect from a restuarant run by colllege students with poor supervision.

We visited Doc's Diner 2/10/13 while visiting Lynchburg with our two small children. You would think a "Diner" would be a great place for a Sunday morning brunch. We arrived at 11:30am and although all but 3 of the tables in the restaurant were EMPTY, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait because their serves don't come... More

Limited menu, tasteless food. I like the environment and the feeling of an old style diner, but the menu is just too limited and the food is just cafeteria food, nothing special whatsoever here.

Great food, actually I would say kicked up a notch from your average diner experience. There is a lot of creativity on the menu, and I was not disappointed with the quality or quantity of the food. It was very fresh tasting and cooked to perfection! I think the prices are very reasonable and the staff very friendly and hard... More

You can tell it's a hot spot for liberty university students. The service is fast and nice. The food was good, average diner food. It was in a good location as well. And last but not least, it was very affordable too!

Unique atmosphere with the feel of a traditional old diner where casual atire is appropriate. The food was delicious, not over-priced, and was served in a timely manner. The restaurant has a nice view of Liberty University with the decor reflecting ties to the late Dr. Falwell and the university he established. Overall, a nice experience and I will definitely... We stopped in right at noon and had to wait to be seated; clearly tis is a popular location with Liberty students. However, the food and the service were worth the wait!
