Well I've been to Lexington area before. I've never eaten at Tuscany. I must have read at least close to 90-100 reviews. Yes, all each one carefully. I realize some really do like the place and remain loyal friends of the place. But out of the reviews I read over 80% was negative. That's already a turn off. Or a... More

I just called this restaurant to try to make a reservation. . .and its voice-mailbox is "full." Talk about asleep at the switch. Our party of four will be going elsewhere tonight.

We cannot review the food because we walked out after being seated and noticing the dirt strange atmosphere and weird service. I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life, but this place was not right from the minute we walked in. Went to the Bistro on Main and had the best dinner imaginable!

Terrible service, rude and poor service. Menu provides what comes with the meals, but if they don't have part of it you still get charged full price and they won't substitute to complete the meal. Service seem to go down hill every time we went there. So just stopped going.

I would like more information concerning your trip to Tuscany, so that we may improve service if need be. I have not been advised of any unhappy customers in the last few weeks and am surprised to read your review. If you could advise of your server's name, or the night that you dined so that I might be able... More

We tried to make a reservation for three days but never got a call back at any of the phone numbers we tried until the afternoon of the dinner. Different people we talked to gave us different reasons for their lack of response--dispute with liquor provider was one. Food was okay, service was poor compared to the other places we... More

Our family has never been to Lexington before and it was suggested that we go to macadoos. Oh my gosh I fully and wholeheartedly desire and wish that we had gone there!!!!! We UNFORTUNATELY saw Tuscany and said "Italian sounds good lets go there". As you walk down a long deserted hallway and eventually enter a dimly lit somewhat nicely... More

Popular place with great food. Don't forget to book your table ahead of time. We would certainly visit again.

In town for W&L Parents Weekend. They changed the menu especially for Parents Weekend--limited offerings with Small portions for the money! Ordered salmon stuffed with oysters (turned out to b 1 oyster) & spinach & a special side dish--a square of polenta with a few grilled cherry tomatoes & some onion--and everything lukewarm. When asked about the temperature of the... More

I hate to give bad reviews but this place was not good. They put six of us at a booth for four. The waitresses opening line was “we are out of steak”. This was the 1st meal in town with my son after his 1st few weeks of school at VMI. That was the start of the below par service.... More

We have been to Tuscany 3 times. This visit was our 4th. Each time the service has gotten worse. This was the last straw. over 45 minutes for bread basket; 20 minutes to get cocktails; waitress kept telling us 'momentarily' when we asked how long. Finally after 70 minutes, we walked out. We were not the only disgruntled customers; and... More
