This was a throw back to my college vegetarian, tye dye days. It felt great and I had a great vegan lunch to celebrate. The place is right in the heart of Lexington and a great place to stop during your walk through town.

This is the local source for organic food and supplements. The cafe is nice, even if what it offers is a little limited. The food is fresh and organic, but like all organic places, you pay a bit more for it.

Lots of organic food choices....many foods, drinks, chips, and products for cleaning. I always shop there when I visit Lexington, VA ...The staff is always helpful and the cafe is also very good. Shampoos, lotions...almost everything that a regular grocery store has, but without all the chemicals that harm you and the environment.

We had dinner at the bar on Saturday night. I had wine, squash/potato soup, spinach salad and it was all wonderful. The service was friendly, the atmosphere pleasant.

These folks put out some of the best food I have had in a very long time. A dear friend of mine who HATES vegetables even loved all of their fresh food.

We're from San Antonio so a little spoiled with all the health food stores ...but delighted with Cool Spring. Our only grip was how pricey they were. But we do understand it is a small town...

I really enjoy this place, the cafe is nice also, the lunch is very good, and they have a good selection of fresh and wholesome food.

Good enough food and an interesting menu but the servers are very poor and the decor is stark-- especially for dinner. The servers were intrusive and in a hurry--friendly but ill-trained. The food was also spotty. Greek salad had no feta cheese or pepperoncinis with bland dressing.

This restaurant comprises about half of an organic food store on the west side of route 11 north of downtown Lexington. I stumbled upon it and was very surprised. The prices were reasonable, the food was both delicious and used local ingredients, and the waitress was attentive.

We have enjoyed dining at the new Cool Spring Cafe. Everything is very fresh and appetizing and fairly priced. The staff was cool to us, seemingly spending their energies on one another, rather than us as customers. The dining room is urban-style, stainless chairs on polyurethaned (or something) wooden tables. On our most recent experience, we enjoyed soup and salad... More
