Great for both breakfast and lunch

This is a very busy spot on weekends for both breakfast and lunch. Their home fries and home made potato chips are both excellent. I have eaten here several times while visiting Lexington and have never been disappointed.

The owner is very friendly and works hard and this shows in the service and food. The desserts are all made in house, and there is live music on Friday nights!

Stopped in for some takeout dessert and were glad we did. The key lime pie was top notch, and my wife liked her cannoli very much. Will definitely come back here on our next trip to Lexington to til, the sweet tooth craving.

Grabbed breakfast here and the atmosphere is nice and casual. Friendly staff and you can tell this is a genuine bakery that also serves breakfast and lunch. Many of the cakes and pastries looked delicious. I ordered the pancakes and they were great! You could tell the details were there from a bakery adding those dashes of ingredients to make... More

Although the portions were small for the $, it was very tasty and the staff was very nice. We only enjoyed a lunch and did not partake of the beautiful desserts but they were tempting. We would go back if we are ever in the area.

The breakfast my husband ordered was wonderful, and the coffee I had was great. The man that waited on us was nice. The only thing I felt that needed improvement was the ladies restroom. It needs a good cleaning,(especially) the antique sink) and fresh paint. This is why I gave them a low rating

Sweet Treats has long been known for their fine pastries, but I would invite all to come for lunch to try Shane's cooking. The chicken curry served daily with rice, potatoes, and (when available) plaintains is excellent. The sandwiches and omelettes are very good as well (try the chicken salad sandwich). Shane and his brother Adrian are personable--often coming to... More

Really special treats are the norm here. We tried quite a few and had to order seconds of everything for everyone to try. Not real big but great location

The patio in back is delightful as is the hospitality. My wife had a BLT and I had a toasted veggie panini. Frankly, both were disgustingly greasy as were the fries. The bun was burned giving the panini a burned grease odor.

I had been here once and the group I was with wanted to go. I am now convinced there must be better places than this to spend your money. I don't like it when the dishwasher / busboy serves you and I doubt they wash their hands in between jobs. The food was ordinary.
