Description: What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We're creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite you to come as you are. We're all about cuisine in the sense that our chefs apply high standards of culinary art. There it is. Creative. Casual. Cuisine. If it sounds like your kind of place, then you – like us- are not your average Joe.

The NYAJ restaurant in Lansdowne Town Center (near Leesburg VA) has very good food quality, and a friendly and courteous staff. We have found many of the monthly specials to be delicious and excellent dining values. Very casual and family-friendly.

Yesterday I visited the Leesburg NYAJ’s location for the second time and it was just as great as the first time. The staff was also warm and friendly. Last Friday I visited the location in Woodbridge, VA and it was awful, honestly it was my second time visiting that particular location and it was worse than the first time. If... More

NYAJ has never let me down. The value and the quality of food is very good. Friendly service, kid friendly, nice ambiance. We especially like sitting at the bar tables. Delicious drinks and happy hour.

I had made prior reservations for a large party (30 + people) with Joe Becker. He assured me that they would be able to accommodate our needs, despite the fact that they do not have a private room for large parties. We gathered in a section that had a planter type divider between us and the other diners seated at... More

As a celiac I am always hesitant about eating out. But no worries here. nYAJ offers a gluten free menu with actual food-not just salad. Starters, salads (of course) burgers/sandwiches, pasta, fish and steak. They also have deserts. To start off the meal they bring fresh warm bread with dipping sauce to the table. A given for normal eaters -... More

Visited here because they had a gluten free menu. I rarely eat out due to severe allergies but was traveling for work and decided to give this place a shot. Was very glad I did. They had an unusual menu and even served warm gluten free bread at the table. My entree was delicious and I would go back there... More

We always can count on NYAJ's for a good meal. Yes, it's noisy, but people are enjoying themselves while they eat and drink, from lunch 'till late! The servers are pleasant, even when their patrons are rude, and the kitchen has fixed my favorite dish for me, even after it was not on the newest menu. I'm a fan forever.

The food is beyond delicious. From the bread & dip in the beginning to the soups, salads, pizza or entrees... Its all GOOD! If you go in the summer months be sure to order a watermelon sangria....go for the full pitcher vs a glass...you are gonna love it!

I couldn't move the table or the padded bench as they were fixed to not move. I am 5ft5in tall and160 lbs (not a large person) but I was miserable in that small booth for two. I didn't ask to move because I did not want my granddaughter to think me overly critical. I probably will forget that my burger... More

Many times those of us that are gluten free feel deprived when the bread service is delivered to the table. Not at Joe's, because the moment you advise your server of your sensitivity, they put in an order for wonderful gluten free rolls and a separate dish of a delicious concoction of olive oil, cheese and seasoning for dipping. (The rolls... More
