Back in the 80's this was the place to meet for lunch! If you wanted to find anyone who was anyone, come at noon. Regulars had their own tables and visitors were welcome. The food was delicious, came out quick and when Pauline waited on you, you smiled the rest of the day. And the desserts; don't get me started!... More

WE loved riding our bikes to this place for breakfast on the weekends, but it's been closed a LONG time and we are getting tired of waiting for it to re open! The coffee at Palio's is better (the place they tell you to go while Leesburg Restaurant is closed) but my 4 1/2 yr old didn't like his pancakes,... More

When I arrived here to eat breakfast, my friends and I were sat at a table that hadn't been cleared off yet, covered in somebody else's half-eaten breakfast. It was fifteen minutes before the table was cleared, and another fifteen before our order was taken. We haven't returned since.

Had to get the car emissions done in town one morning and the Exxon gas station owner recommended this place. Tried them out and was pleasantly surprised. Blueberry pancakes, large OJ, and sides for under $10.

Walking into the Leesburg restaurant was tough, as it was crammed full of people (This is always a good sign) and the wait for a table was about 5 mins. The service was attentive and very friendly. The food was cheap and the quality reflected the price, so I left full and satisfied and so did my wallet. However, I... More

Leesburg restaurant continues the tradition of a good hearty meal at a reasonable price. We stopped in for breakfast at 9am on a Saturday and the place was already packed. The wait was short and the staff immediately greeted us and took our drink order. The menu was very wide ranging. Try the grits they're awesome. The food came pretty... More

This little hole in the wall has been in business since right after the civil war. It is rife with old American charm and feels like you stepped into a diner in the 1930's. My favorites are the hot open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes or the turkey dinner with vegetable of the day and also with the best... More

Loved this place for a family breakfast while visiting town over the weekend. Everyone was happy with the biscuits and gravy. Also tried the scrapple and french toast. All good! Definitely an older space with lots of character. We enjoyed the old photos on the walls and my Dad was able to tell us stories about them. The chipped beef... More

Great old restaurant wit generous portions, lots of character and good food. The staff was great with their greeting and made great suggestions. As people would come in the made you feel at home. I had a chicken salad sandwich and grandmother could not have made it any better, thick rich and chuck real white meat chicken. Can not want... More

This "old school" restaurant in downtown Leesburg is a hidden gem. I just don't understand some of the negative posts by other conbributors. The wait staff greeted and advised us to sit where we liked. Menus were promptly delivered and our drink order was taken. The breakfast menu is expansive and it took me a while to make a decision....
