WE stopped here for a quick lunch and were happy to find a great little deli. The italian wedding soup was loaded with meatballs and orzo and the sandwich on ciabatta was fresh. The soup came with a generous helping of fresh ciabatta, as well.

We stopped here on a recommendation from a local winery that served their fresh baked ciabatta bread. I had the Tuscan chicken ciabatta sandwich... It was AMAZING!! I highly recommend. It was one of the best sandwiches that I have ever had. The staff was friendly and helped us make our food selections and recommending other local wineries to visit.... More

I went here with a co-worker who's from the Leesburg area and just hearing the sound she made while saying "Potato Leek Soup" made me order it. It did not disappoint! It's perfectly creamy, comes with little slices of soft white bread and goes well with whichever half-sandwich you decide to choose. The Tomato Asiago Soup (only available on Tuesdays)... More

I used to commute to Leesburg every week from 2001 until around 2005. At some point during this time, I discovered the South Street Under Bakery and tried their ciabatta. Whenever I could, I would go there on a Friday and buy two loaves of ciabatta--one to bring to work, and the other to bring home with me on the... More

the view of the baker kneading and shaping is great. Sandwiches on these breads awe always a plus, good place to catch up with a friend for lunch. Pricing is good for the value.

I really wanted to go to a teahouse. I was meeting my friend for my birthday. But Leesburg only has one teahouse that I know of, and my last visit there was very disappointing. So we met here. The bakery counter is full of great looking pastries, pies, and breads. There were mini-pecan pies sitting by the register. I had... More

Very popular with the local "organic" crowd. Most of their food is basic comfort food with quality ingredients. Certainly NO complaints about that! Although I still go there occasionally, I still feel you pay for more than what you get. The do have some fairly decent "prepared" home meals if you're in a rush to grab something on the way... More

Always always always a great meal and a good value. The people are great and the food is wonderful. When the weather permits, make sure you get an outside table. Great people watching place, too!
