The King's Court Tavern was refurbished and has changed names and menu and entire operation. We used to go to King's Court for fish and chips but couldn't go regularly due to the heavy cigarette smoke odor. We have been to Leesburg Brewing Company one time after they first opened. Menu was limited but the atmosphere was nice.

Visited here on 9/14/13 before seeing a concert around the corner. At 6:00 on a Saturday evening the place was not very crowded despite an Art Festival going on in the streets this weekend. There was outdoor seating in the back but I didn't check it out. Speed of service was acceptable although there seemed to be some confusion between... More

Not an expert and I've only been here for a few minutes one time (bar crawl on my own). Beer is okay, but limited selection (mostly light beers-think PBR, Coors, Miller, etc, couple lagers and ales, little dark beer). Good news is that Friday and Sat nights there is usually a live band or some form of entertainment to go... More

We weren't all that hungry, but wanted to listen to the Dixieland music that was there that evening. The food was fine, not great, but acceptable. Our server was so funny, she made the experience fun!

We stayed at the Colonial Inn which is above this bar. The first night there we went to the bar for a late dinner. We got the usual bar food (deep fried things) and it was average bar food. They had a jazz bank playing and we enjoyed that. It is handy to access and the staff was nice and... More

In the old location on Loudoun Street, you either got prompt service and tasty hot food or slow service and cold greasy food. My understanding is that this was an owner problem rather than a staff problem. I gave up on the place after waiting almost an hour for an order of fish and chips on a not particularly busy... More

This place is a great neighborhood home away from home. A good place to socialize and grab some terrific food and drink. It's in the heart of Old Town so you can walk off the calories or create an appetite before you sit down while seeing all the quaint shops in Downtown Leesburg.

After reading most of the reviews it becomes obvious that they were all written before Kings Court closed and moved around the corner to King Street. The old Kings Court was old, well-worn and in need of some TLC. Well, the new Kings Court is clean, bright and upgraded. A fine selection of beers remain on tap an in bottles.... More

Simply horrible. It is laughable that they call this a British Pub (sorry, Leesburg does not have one - nor an Irish Pub for that matter). The food may be the worst I have ever tasted in a place pretending to serve food. New look does little for the lack of service or quality. Walk down to Tuskies for a... More

Although, I'd say there's potential for a great little restaurant here, it missed the mark on a somewhat busy Labor Day. Our waiter did not seem like a professonial waiter, not very effecient and very slow paced in his actions and walk. Had to wait quite a long time for drinks, then menus, then food, then utencils, etc. It just... More
