Nice ambiance, good food, pricey

This was our first time eating at Tuskies after wanting to try it for years. We dined with 3 other couples, none of whom had been there before. There are several outdoor parking areas close by the restaurant, as well as a parking gargage, so finding a spot should not be a problem. They do take... read more

They have a nice selection of sandwiches and soups. Both have lots of flavor and the sandwiches have good bread. The service is quick, you order, sit down and they bring you your sandwich. It's loud and hard to carry on a conversation.

The best part of our meal was the bread, soup, tiny cheese plate, and wine. The mains were bland and undercooked ... Medium rare pork chop is not my idea of properly cooked, unless specifically requested. Chicken was dry and overdone. Service was fine, though unresponsive to the issues raised. Portions are modest, except the cheese plate which was microscopic.... More

Stopped by for a Saturday lunch with my husband. Reception was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Service was great and good was excellent. Caveat? I asked for a gluten free bun with my meal. I am not gluten intolerant but tend to avoid wheat for other reasons. I am very glad wheat free bread is available... More

My favorite restaurant. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable....they are there when you need them but never hover. They always know when to stop by. A very relaxing and enjoyable venue with outstanding food.

I forgot how good the food at Tuskies was. I have lived in Ashburn for many years and only go to Tuskies every so often. Last weekend we went and the foos was just great!! If you have not been in a while I recommend you make a trip back.

Had lunch at the Tuscadora Mill yesterday and WOW, what a meal. The Barnyard Au Jus was absolutely the most delicious sandwich I have eaten in my life. No exaggeration. What an amazing combination of flavors piled onto Ciabatta Bread. My wife had their tasty Flank Steak salad and we split a big bowl of their first rate Corn Chowder.... More

Tuskies is great. The food is good and the service can be spotty but its a great place downtown where you can have a nice dinner or have a great beer or glass of wone in the bar. We like to go on the weekends and have lunch in the bar. I think I had the french dip last time... More

Perhaps our expectations were too high, but we were really disappointed with our dinner on Christmas Eve, so much so that we cancelled our New Years Eve reservation and ate at home instead. For the food to note it was a prix fixe menu, but most of the items were from their regular menu. The appetizers were both quite good... More
