Close but not saying much

Ordered the Red Beans and they are pretty close to what you would find in New Orleans though I thought the sausage was a little too spicy but that is a matter of taste. I do hate having the rice on the bottom and the beans on top. A traditional argument in New Orleans!! I prefer the rice on... read more

Displaced Louisianans miss home, open a restaurant, I've heard the same story a dozen times. Trouble is, they've got local cooks and so, even with Louisiana ingredients they put out pale imitation food.

Visited with 10 or so friends for an after work happy hour. Hurricanes, beads and Cajun snacks. Inside is tight, but there is a big upstairs and a big heated outside dome. Friendly staff made for a good time.

Food is excellent, but takes a while to make the table. Well worth the wait, just have another glass of wine.

The food is average, the waite staff is very friendly. The patio in the summer time is a cool place to hangout on the weekends when they bring various musicians.

A group of us attending a conference nearby sought a place to escape the meals being offered and found the Cajun Experience...we were very glad we did. We couldn't have asked for a friendlier welcome from the owner and his team. The food was fantastic, the service great and the experience one that will certainly bring us back should we... More

I spent time in New Orleans and the food was what I remembered. I have eaten at other cajun restaurants outside of LA and they were good but not this authentic. Had Oyster Po' boy for my entrée and it was delicious. Had Beignets and Cafe Du Monde coffee for dessert. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with directions... More

My husband just happened to find this restaurant on line when we were planning a day trip on the motorcycle. It was definitely worth the long drive from PA for lunch! The menu is full of Southern and Cajun favorites such as gumbo, boudin balls, oysters, po boys, red beans and rice, etc... I had a hard time deciding what... More

Seems like a greats place to hang out on the weekends. Outdoor patio seating great and love the Zydeco music. Cocktails excellent. Food is good but not exceptional. Yard area out back for little kids to run around. They have corn hole game and other stuff.

My husband and I were looking for a new dinner venue and decided to try CajunExperience and we're glad we did. We opted to dine out on the patio. Very laid back vibe, friendly staff, and darn good food. We shared the catfish appetizer and we both declared it to be excellent. Perfectly seasoned and incredibly moist. Hubby had the... More
