Fun Place!

Great food, great bar and friendly people (especially the bartenders!) I eat here at least once a week and always enjoy the experience. The service is always as outstanding as the food!

Ambience with great food! We biked to Nate's Trick Dog Cafe from The Tides Inn. We had reserved a table for six and were immediately seated and taken care of. The 'dog' theme is apparent and fun. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Sadly no one had room for dessert...... A delightful dinner evening.

Really a find in a tiny town like Irvington. We've eaten here several times and the food is always great, but the service can be slooooooow. The bar seems to be a town hangout with lots of regulars. Worth a visit for interesting cuisine, beautifully presented.

Our waitress was great, friendly, and attentive. Service was a little slow but the food was good. My husband and I had the fresh rock fish, with the head on, fresh oyster shanghai, delicious spinach and arugula salad, and the seafood chowder. Everything was good. The decor was cool. It was like Asian fusion mixed with the 1980s with the... More

Decor was very unique. We thought this was a Cafe, but it's a nice restaurant! The booths are unique.

I love the cozy warm look of this place. It is like a shelter from the cold world when you come in the door and get past the curtains and guard "trick dag" by the door. The bar is huge on one whole side of the room. We got a nice booth that is very privet and the sound levels... More

We tried this restaurant during a stay at the the Tides Inn. They were fully booked the fourth of July weekend but the owner allowed us to book a table for six at 5. The drinks were wonderful and immense and the food was utterly delicious. Three of us had soft-shell crabs which were so good. This little gem is... More

My husband and I ate here for dinner during a getaway weekend. The food was good - my crab cakes were huge, fish chowder was out of sight, and his fresh oysters were off the boat fresh and tasty. The ambience is great, everyone was friendly. The blueberry creme brûlée was out of this world! The only thing keeping it... More

Started with calamari antipasto - wonderfully delicious -more than enough for 2-3 to share. Next crab cakes. I was served 2 large cakes with tasty veggie side. With a salad & fresh bread, no room for dessert! Attentive but not intrusive service.

We went to this restaurant, a local favorite, because we were intrigued by the Cinque de Mayo menu advertised in the local paper. We chose to go when they opened at 5:00 because my husband has hearing problems and has difficulty with noisy restaurants. While we sat on the side with the tables, most of the other patrons poured into... More
