Very Good Food, Pleasant Surroundings!

Enter and you will be surprised how much bigger it is than it looks. My wife and I came for dinner, it being recommended by our B&B. Nice lighting, plenty of tables. Our server was very pleasant and took good care of us. My wife ordered just a grilled filet mignon, medium, without all the... read more

We had the chance to have dinner here recently and were treated to a wonderful meal in a friendly atmosphere. Great service and a terrific and flavorful selection are sure to impress even the most discerning of palates.

Always ready to jump at the chance to dine at the Trick Dog Cafe and I've had that wonderful experience over a dozen times over the last few years.... and I have never been disappointed. Trick Dog deserves being saved for the special treat or big celebration! The menu is creative and even with repeat visits there is enough diversity... More

It maybe locals in there or it might be the crowd staying for the wedding at the Hope and Glory, but its a great place to meet people and great food for this small town. I must stop if open. I think they are closed Sundays and Mondays.

If red is the color of romance, this bistro brings romance to the highest level. Red is evident in low lighting, wall and ceiling fabrics; all create a warm and comforting mood to enjoy an outstanding meal. While we thought it was closed upon driving up, the low lighting outside just prepares you for an intimate experience inside. Don't pass... More

What a find. A quaint little restaurant with lots of atmosphere, wonderful service and find food. The evening started off with trying to decide on a bottle of wine. Well the bartender helped us by providing a tasting of five different wines. We selected a Malbec and went from there. Two of us had the pork shank that blended a... More

First visited the Trick Dog Café on our first wedding anniversary. Made a return visit to the Irvington area and celebrated with dinner at what is now Nate's Trick Dog Café ... still excellent! The food was delicious, the service lovely. So glad they kept the décor - which I find charming. With the great wineries that have sprung in... More

Nate's is wonderful! The food, the decor, the dark-red-low-light elegant ambiance surprising for such a small town. Our meal couldn't have been better, and we felt lucky to get a table at this upbeat establishment, full of locals and visitors all having a great time! This is a small popular place; Reservations are recommended; my emailed request was answered immediately... More

Best in the area. All good. Don't miss this one! Could not get a reservation; however we showed up thinking we would eat at the bar and we were placed at a romantic 2 top with a delightful server and seemingly by accident had a wonderful dining experience.
