Very authentic diner in the Appalachian mountains. Good service and great value food. Expect burgers and chicken based dishes. The fifth stars is for the Elvis exhibition in the back room.

Just a simple, old fashioned American hole-in-the wall restaurant. Good food at a reasonable price - particularly breakfast.

Don't let the appearance fool you, the food is great, very affordable option, especially with kids. The Elvis Shrine is a bit much, but worth the trip!

We ate right after it opens@ 8:30 am. The waffles and coffee are very good! Skip the hash browns and stay away from the bathrooms. It was a nice (cheap) break from the homestead.

It was filthy, nothing was clean in there! My sons fork was even bent way out of shape! Food was less then to be desired!!! Our waitress was nice!

Homey 50's time machine atmosphere, Elvis memorabilia, friendly service, kid-friendly affordable place for burgers, shakes, chicken tenders & beer in downtown Warm Springs. Did I mention affordable? 'Cause that can be an issue in Warm Springs Va! Great antidote to Homestead prices.

Run to Lindsay's Roost if you are staying at the Homestead Resort! My husband and I did not want a fancy breakfast or a buffet, and luckily we spotted Lindsay's when we were exploring the property. We ate here both mornings of our stay and the staff could not have been more welcoming! It was like walking into your local... More

Lindsay's is a place and experience like no other. The memorabilia always changes and the 50s are the norm. great sandwiches and to tell you the truth, I'd rather eat here than the Same Sneads Tavern. All the baked good are "homemade" and delightful. Enjoy!!
