Outback has always been the best of the best. Fantastic service and food. We went out to eat last night, a table of six, and go there at 5, which is early but we had meetings later on. There were a dozen or so tables with people in them, so it wasn't a ridiculously early time. It took ten minutes... More

Had the filet, shrimp and potato. All excellent taste and done to order. I would definately eat here again. A bit on the pricey side, but ok for once and awhile treat.

We are driving through the USA on seven week holiday and we stayed for two nights in Harrisonburg.. This Outback was just across the road and really the whole experience was very average. I have eaten in other Outbacks that have been very good but not this one. The food ,service in fact the whole experience will be forgettable --shame... More

We were in town for a weekend getaway and stayed at a hotel near Outback. All though there was a Quaker State "wing" place a little closer, we decided to try Outback; have not been there in a while. It was Saturday night, but it was not crowed. We were seated and our waiter was very prompt and he service... More

I absolutely enjoy eating at the Outback where I live. During a recent trip down to Harrisonburg we stopped in Outback for lunch. The restaurant was empty so we were seated immediately. Our waitress Amanda came over right away and took our drink orders. She returned quickly with the drinks and took our food order and then the wait began........ More

A Thursday night, people waiting with half of the tables empty. Why, they were understaffed. And to make matters worse, the food was well below the standard that you are use to at Outback. I want to own the scales that they weighed the "8 ounce" pork chop because if I weighed myself, I would most likely be half the... More

My daughter selected Outback on her birthday and we were hungry after moving her sister back for her third year at JMU. We were seated immediately and the service was very good. We liked the blooming onion (always good), bread, and wedge salad. The grilled shrimp that my daughter and I had were also good. The fettuccine was supposed to... More

Horrible meal for the expensive price they charged. I had to wait on my food forever and when I got it there was very little food.

I ordered the new special 5.5oz. filet oz potato cakes with green beans. The steak and mushroom sauce were awesome. The potato cakes were a blast from my past. They added to the overall experience. The presentation was great and the amount of food was just right. Our server was very helpful and the all ahead seating for our party... More

We had an amazing dinner here. Great service, food cooked perfectly and a convenient location. The hotel gave us a $10 off coupon as well, how great is that? Makes me wonder why I don't eat at Outback at home more often.
