The first time I went here I was really excited and this resturant lived up to its full potential. It was excellent. However the 2nd time I went I figured we would try the bar side and the bar menu which is different. The setting was very nice and the food was good but the service was terrible. I could... More

Sent the salmon back, 2x - severely under cooked. The 'sauces' which are their specialty are essentially different variations of ketchup, Unfortunately this place was an expensive disappointment.

The restaurant is located in a convenient area of town and is nicely appointed inside. The sommelier was not very knowledgeable about the wine list and as a result, we ended up with a fairly expensive bottle of wine that wasn't at all what we'd asked for (fruit forward and bigger was the ask and we ended up with a... I have been meaning to try this place out but always seemed to end up somewhere else. What a mistake in waiting. For Harrisonburg this place is a perfect 10 in my book. Made the reservation a couple of days in advance using Open Table. *** WARNING *** If you have anyone in your party who does not take well... More

My wife and I ate there in November for Cider week. We tried and could not get a reservation, and thus had to eat at the bar. Still glad I went, but next time I'll call a couple of days ahead. The menu had a wide assortment of locally sourced fare (Chicken, duck, beef, etc.) We drank more than we... More

Had no idea where to eat on our overnight stop heading north for the holidays. Found this one on Trip Advisor and gave it a shot. What a great experience! Lovely spot in an old refurbished factory. Beautifully decorated for the holiday, including a large Xmas tree with a wine-cork garland! Service was very good, drinks were delicious. Interesting menu... More

We had not been to Harrisonburg in 12 years and dined here with local friends. Great meal, good wine selection, prompt and attentive service. Ribeye was perfectly cooked, smashed potatoes perfect and spinach and mushroom dish is the side for those who hate vegetables.

We chose this on a whim and were not disappointed. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is quaint and friendly. Ben was our server and he was great; attentive but but overly so. In fact when he picked up our payment he also picked up our valet ticket and informed us our car would be waiting for us. Would highly... More

Very interesting food choices - farm to table - food prepared with great flavors. We would definitely eat here again. Oh yes - the valet parking was quick a nice treat.

We couldn't get a reservation so we were served in the lounge while sitting at the bar. We may have been at the bar but we got a five star gourmet meal; a shared appetizer, a glass of wine each, two entree's and two desserts all for $65 plus tip. The food is what they talk about on all the... More
