I like this restaurant. I had the shrimp and grits, bruschetta, and tortilla encrusted catfish and enjoyed all of it. The service was average; nothing exceptional. The margarita was so, so. It had enough liquor but had a weak taste to it. My companion had a mojito which she enjoyed. We were too early for the live entertainment. I enjoyed... More

We dropped in at Clementines for lunch, (My husband and I, and our six year old) after a little walk around the small downtown. I was impressed by the bright, artsy decor - my husband was intrigued by the beer list. I'm a vegetarian and it's sometimes hard to find an interesting meal, especially when travelling - but there were... More

We ate here while visiting a few vineyards surrounding Harrisonburg for a two day trip. The space is bright and friendly. The food was decent, but the burger was below par and over priced for what it was.

We stop at Clementine Cafe twice a year on our road trips from PA to AL (visiting relatives). It is consistently great in all categories. It's a part of the long trip that we actually look forward to! Great food, cold beer with many selections, and cool environment.

My husband and I split three of the four desserts after our dinner of 'Mojo Chicken' and tasty 'Farmer's Market Root Salad' (I added baked goat cheese to the salad--perfect!). Those desserts....Chocolate mousse, so easy to eat; then warm peach and berry cobbler with caramel sauce; how could we not go for a hat trick with Gosling's bananas foster bread... More

A little young for my husband and myself... Food was very good and full of fresh ingredients. The main dining area was being used for a private party so we went downstairs to Ruby's. We will definately try again on our next visit.

If you are in Harrisonburg, definitely try this restaurant. It is a hidden gem in this sleepy university town. The food is fresh, the service prompt, and the décor delightful.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of dining at the Clementine Cafe this evening. Arrived around 7 and was seated immediately. Funky eclectic interior with great artwork displayed everywhere! Wonderful variety of menu selections. Wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grilled salmon entree was prepared beautifully, huge portion with delicious sides. The trout was not our favorite,... More

My family and I had a great time at Clementines while in Harrisonburg on a college tour of James Madison University. Great atmosphere, all set up for live performances and we enjoyed watching the USA vs Portugal during World Cup play. We started off with drinks for my wife (a Basil Honey Fresca) and me (Goslings Dark and Stormy). They... More
