My family and I enjoyed Clementine Cafe. It has a funky cool vibe, the food was very good, and they had a great beer selection - all for fairly reasonable prices. My kids, 7 and 9, had no trouble choosing from the kids menu and my wife and I were happy with our selections. Our only complaint was somewhat slow... More

Clementines is located in the Historic District of Harrisonburg, not far off of Interstate 81. The restaurant has great ambience with its brightly covered walls of paintings. We enjoyed a relaxing Sunday brunch with friends. They offer a carafe of Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s for only $6.00. I chose the eggs clementine, which is Turner Country Ham, poached eggs, and... More

Giving familiar sandwiches, wraps, and salads unique and tasty twists makes Clementine a go-to spot for lunch! Good Reuben and BBQ with generous portions. Unique sides such as black-eyed pea salad and coconut carrot Thai soup offer diner better choice than you will find in the chain restaurants for sure. The art is fun yet the service can be sketchy.... More

This is the kind of restaurant that everybody loved. The setting was beautiful, it was an auto shop a long time ago and then it was bar that got burnt a few years ago.You can see the history in its walls. We were a big group (10) and everybody ordered burgers but me. You can build your own from a... More

Found this restaurant on TA on our trip south this past sunday. Easy access off I 81. Good selection of sandwiches, burgers and soups for lunch. Place was busy, service was good, free parking next door. No complaints!

Stopped here to break up an 8 hour trip. Atmosphere is hip and servers are very friendly, but our service was slow at times. Menu looked great but kids burger came out burnt and the salmon wrap was way too much aioli and cream cheese. Pulled pork, pb&j with honey, and fries were big hits. Portions were good, our kids... We have met other couples there for lunch on two occasions. Well above average. Located in town in a restored brick building. Contemporary and a little funky = a fun place to meet. Wait staff helpful and exceptionally friendly. Nice menu and each dish was well prepared and quite tasty.

First visit - The building is very old brick walls with large, colorful, bright paintings decorating the walls to create a cheerful, eclectic atmosphere. Our server, Jaqui, was attentive, friendly and helpful. Some servings were generous, some not quite. The Eggs Clementine was tasty, but small, the Cheese Grits were just right, modest serving. The Turkey,Bacon,Swiss sandwich was OUTSTANDING. It... More
