Great views, okay food

So let me start by saying that your dinner views are great. You can watch boats come into the dock while dining. With that said, the food is just "okay". We both had scallops and they were a little " rubbery". The green beans were very good, as was the baked potato. The hush puppies were very good... read more

I was giving the restaurant a second chance because friends wanted to go there. Never again! Crab cake was worse one I've ever had. Dried out, over cooked and almost burnt. French fries also over cooked and cold by the time I got them. The server was good and attentive with plenty of refills on the water. They got that... More

My husband ordered flounder and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. He received a large piece of flounder which was average in taste. Nothing to write home about. Grilled chicken was good but dry. Baked potatoes were good! All in all the food was good but not worth the long ride to get there.

Friends had recommended this restaurant for great seafood. After waiting for 20 minutes to get a table, my husband and I decided to order one of the specials, the fried shrimp and fish basket. An hour later, the shrimp were very small as was the one piece of fish. The fries were fresh cut, but unfortunately ours were a little... More

I'm by far not a food snob, but i know ingredients and cook quite a lot. We went to the Seabreeze on a Sunday, I got the crab cake and fried shrimp special and was appalled by what was served. The crab cake was like some kind of crab mush full of shell that was off the griddle and the... More

Right when you cross into Gwynn's Island you are greeted by this little restaurant sitting on Milford Haven. The seafood is fresh and local and made to order. Peaceful retreat next time you are in the Mathews/Deltaville/Cobbs Creek or Gwynn's Island area

We ate here for lunch on Saturday after going to the Matthews farmers market and the Gwynn Island festival. Nice local family restaurant with windows all around for good water views. Daily specials with some good seafood dishes. Very friendly service with reasonable prices. I had a delicious Chicken Parmesan sandwich with fries and a drink for $7.95.

This is one place that is worth the drive! You are looking at the water. They have a awesome selection, but order seafood! I had a soft shell crab sandwich...the crab was huge and fresh and perfectly fried. This is the place to take friends. The staff is wonderful, but the food stands alone! no need to dress up!! Then take a drive... More
