CAH needs a serious makeover, and either more or better-trained staff. Some menu tweaks would be welcome. The menu selections are limited, and uninspiring, but the food was okay. What wasn't okay was the interminable wait for drinks, food, or anything resembling service. The decor is early 90s, and the chairs are among the least comfortable I've ever parked my... More

We were in the area for business last week and we were told about burger night here. It was a great value and delicious! The burgers were huge and we ordered some fries to go along with them. Service was slow but they were slammed! Would do it again hopefully soon! Good job here guys!

Gone here after a lax tournament. 25 people were accommodated in The Game Room. It was perfect. Burgers were outstanding as well as the appetizers. The staff were so helpful, especially with the huge beer listing. Both draft and bottles there is something for everyone's taste.

Had dinner at the Bar. Bartenders were very knowledgable and friendly. Let me try a few samples before choosing a few selections that I enjoyed. I tried the stuffed pretzel. It was a great compliment to my beverages. Would recommend and return when in the area again.

We asked our hotel desk person for a place. She recommended this place. The beer selection was excellent but the food prices were a bit steep. Kind of an upscale sports bar if there is such a thing. Just not my cup of tea.

It was nice to sit outside (and not next to a road or parking lot). Service was decent. Good beer selection. Food is okay but maybe a little pricey for what it is. i would go back.

I had lunch here with my family recently, I really enjoyed the experience. From the outside it looks like another place in a strip mall (as it is actually part of a strip mall), but inside it's quite nice and decorated in a "steak house" motif. It's nice inside, but weather permitting I would definitely recommend sitting on their patio.... More

My wife decided to take me here for Father's Day. Now, I have been to Capital Ale House in downtown Richmond a few times, but not this location here at Innsbrook. Capital Ale is known for their "ales" LOL and also for their burgers. However, I decided to try something else on their menu. I had their Atlantic salmon which... More

Recently visited the Capital Ale House with 6 friends while in Richmond for the Virginia State Bowling Tournament. We actually went twice. Friday night we had dinner there. The food menu was somewhat limited, but a good selection of sandwiches and burgers. We were all happy with our meal. The beer list is the best I have ever seen, 80+... More

I visited this restaurant because it was in walking distance of my hotel. It was a nice surprise. I was really glad that it did not have a "sports bar" vibe. Although it was starting to get busy, the waiter was still very attentive. He told me all about the beers they had. Although I am not a beer drinker,... More
