Great Breakfast!

Stopped at Mom's on the way back home from a long weekend and it was a great find. Mom's is a typical local diner filled with wonderful locals. The food and service was the best. The hand-pressed sausage was very very yummy as well as the HUGE and fluffy pancakes.

Love the food here, the service is ok, sometimes better than other times. This is a VERY LOCAL type restaurant with some patrons eating every meal here it appears. The staff seems to know the regulars and what they want which is a nice thing. The food is a good value since the prices are cheap... however the atmosphere is... More

Great breakfast menu. I had a reuben sandwich which was one of the best I've had. The place is always packed with locals and this says something.

Mom's has the kind of local charm you look for visiting a new town. The food is fresh breakfast and lunch food unlike what they serve at chain restaurants. The down home feel and good service makes you feel welcome and adds to the experience. It's always a good sign to walk into a place and see it filled with... More

Since the remodel, it is a pleasure to go to "Mom's". The staff is super friendly, hometown folks and the food is great and resonably priced. Actually, the customers are as friendly as the staff in that they will ask you where you're from, and tell you about all the great things there are to do in the area. I... More

This restaurant is a bit tricky to find (behind Rite Aid), but worth it. We were there for lunch, and the place was busy. I had the country ham with a side of butter beans and applesauce. My husband had liver and onions with coleslaw (had a bit too much dressing, but was tasty) and cottage cheese. Very reasonable prices,... More

Place was packed and the food was nothing special. Eggs toast.. Pretty simple and pancakes... No Frillls.... Where is the home cooking cinnabuns or something special to make it stand out... OK.. It's as stated.. Mom's Country Kitchen...

Cheap Food, friendly service. But if you are a foodie, you will be sorely disappointed. I ordered the vegetarian omelet which was substantial in size, but very lacking in flavor or taste. Some herbs or spices would have helped this dish immensely.

I have driven by Mom's many times and just never bothered to try it out but I'm glad I finally did! My first visit last week was for lunch. It was 11:30 and I was hoping for breakfast, but on weekdays they shift to lunch around 11:00. No big deal so I had a BLT on wheat toast. I know... More
