Perfect summer lunch spot!

Fabulous lunch with a beautiful garden to view while we sat outside, ate, and tried a flight of local wines (highly recommend that!).

New management has taken over and new menus are on the table. Where the previous menu has something for everyone, the new menus are limited and not open for changes. You cannot order a hamburger if it is not on the weekend menu. Ordered a beet salad and T-bone steak for dinner. The salad was half the size of the... More

There have been more changes to the menu since your visit, portions have increased, the prices lowered and we added more selections, including some that were on the old menu. And yes, you can have a hamburger whenever you want it off the pub menu. We have more dishes planned in the coming days with better quality, better ingredients and... More

I visited Flint Hill Public House last night for the first time. The ambiance was great! We sat on back porch & enjoyed the covered porch out back as well. The food was great & service was flawless. Highly recommend!

An amazing looking place. The outside - federal/colonial - the inside - chrome, glass, modern, white leather, GREAT art! It's absolutely beautiful and has an amazing outdoor space too - even the bar is very pretty. The indoor space that's defintely more suitable for adults than children though. The food was pretty good, but not quite matching the decor. They... More

Thanks for your review and the four stars. Anytime any restaurant doesn’t meet your expectations, let someone know immediately. We have removed salt and pepper from the table for a couple of reasons — the chef seasons food to a certain degree, so if it is not to your liking, all you have to do is ask. The other reason... My husband and I stopped here for a late lunch after some winery tours. This place is beautiful and the servers are attentive. My husband got the red pepper soup to start and he thought it was really interesting, different but in a good way. He got a pulled pork sandwich and he thought it was excellent. I got the... More

We've been before, just a few months ago and when in the area again recently, we thought we'd give it a try. They have a beautiful dining room, nicely decorated with really comfy chairs and mirrors to help make it look big and open inside. The outside seating areas are really nice as well. They have fans outside to help... More

Arrived for a late mid-week lunch. We were the only diners in at that hour. I ordered the reuben and when it arrived it was a mess. My guest ordered a barbecue sandwich which was sickly sweet and looked awful on the late. The wait person talked us into what she said was a terrific dessert. So we ordered it... More

I am very sorry about the service - it was the server’s first day and someone should have been actively monitoring tables along side her. While some items are more popular than others, we recognize that after four years that it is time for a change. With the arrival of a new chef, some dishes are coming off the menu... More

Here with and at the recommendation of my in-laws. My wife and mother-in-law started on the beet salad, which they still talked about today in loving terms, my father-in-law had the boiled shrimp which were a great size, and I had the fried pickle, jalapeno, and okra sampler, and we were given one corn fritter apiece with a honey butter... Dear sirreal616, Thanks for your review I am so glad that the family enjoyed the beet salad that is a popular new item on our Southern Favorites. I apologize about the shells in your crabcakes and have passed that information onto the chef and kitchen to correct that. I will pass onto the new server your feedback as well and... More
