First found Tony's when my son started at GMU 11 years ago. Formerly from NJ and now in Knoxville, TN, finding good NY/NJ pizza can be challenging. We keep going back to Tony's it seems like every time we visit. Pepperoni and meatball pizza!!!! Good stuff. Any we always get the small antipasto salad. One of the best one's I've... More

I'm sure their other food is good, but I can't get past the pizza. It is authentically NY. It is a very casual restaurant - you order at the counter - but it is worth it. And they sell pizza by the slice which makes it very convenient for lunch.

The food is average. This most recent visit I had a meatball sandwich which was watery, I guess someone forgot to drain them after they took them out of the freezer. The salad was crisp but also had chunks of ice in it. Service was prompt and the place is clean.

I've come for the pizza for 20 years. And the cheesesteaks are the best tasting ones I've had outside of Philadelphia. The prices are reasonable, service is quick. Beware friday and saturday night though...it does get crowded!

We went to Tony's for lunch afew days ago for the first time. The array of italian specialties was absolutely amazing. We all enjoyed different types of pizza. The sauce and toppings were superb and the availablilty of thin or thick crust was a big plus. The atmoshere is a bit hustle - bustle and the noise level is pretty... More

I have been staying with my buddy in Fairfax for the last 11 days for business and pleasure . I have eaten here 5 times. The antipasta salad is really good. I have eaten a large at each visit. What makes this establishment worth 4 stars is the choices and the the flavors. You walk in at anytime of the... More

Ordered sicilian pizza for a small group to take out. When opened the whole bottom was burned and not edible. I can't believe they didn't see this when they took it out of the oven. Since this wasn't a time I could bring it back due to time constrictions for lunch we threw it out and had something quick from... More

Being a celiac makes it difficult for me to eat out and enjoy the same foods as my family enjoys and when I find an establishment that has gluten free options I'm in heaven. That being said, Tony's gluten free pizza made me feel like I took the wrong turn and was headed towards hell instead. It was hands down,... More

Tony himself will usually greet you right at the counter. He is so friendly & welcoming. They have a large selection of pizzas and Italian dishes; I usually get a large pizza to go on my way home from work on nights I'm too tired to cook. Their pizza is fantastic! True New York-style with thinner crust, light on the... More
