Decent Food, Loud sports

If you are a fan of a loud sports bar (90 decibels on my sound meter), Glory Days is up your alley. Multiple TVs with a variety of events, and a packed, raucous fun crowd. The food is decent, but not great. Service about the same. If you prefer the outdoor patio, it's sitting in the parking... read more

It is a sports bar, so it is loud and almost always crowded. It is very family friendly and you often see youth sports teams there after a game. The food is excellent by pub standards and the service has always been very good. It is our local pub / restaurant of choice.

Several restaurants we've dined at over the past three months have served cooked food that was cold from "sitting around" in the kitchen. This was NOT the case with the Glory Days Grill in Fairfax. Our waiter, James, was courteous, prompt and checked back several times for drink refills. Our burgers and sides were both hot and tasteful. This was... More

Just had lunch at our local Glory Days. I used to refer to it as my "favorite" Glory Days. I don't know what's happened here in the last 9 months or so, but service is TERRIBLE and the food has slipped. I have had poor service the last 3 times I've gone to this Glory Days. The last 2 times,... More

The sports atmosphere was entertaining but the hamburger was ordinary. My next visit I would be more adventurous and try the old bay wings

I was in town for a training class, and wanted to find a place to watch the Kings/Ducks playoff game. I came across this place that was fairly close to my hotel. This place has 22 big screen TV's showing a variety of games and events, but the place is extremely loud, so you can't hear anything. They have a... More

We had a totally mixed experience. Initial greeting was fine, but when we checked on our status we were treated with condescension -- seriously, young man -- you're a host at a sports bar/restaurant. The table service was pretty efficient. Food was good, but not cheap. There was reluctance to re-fill our soda and water glasses despite the fact we... More

Sports Bars tend to all look the same -- lots of wooden booths, lots of team shirts and sports stuff on the walls, lots of big screen TVs, lots of noise. Glory Days fits right there. It also tends to share a lot of the same menu items with other sports bars -- wings and burgers, heavy appetizers, fries. But... More

I occasionally meet family here to watch the Buffalo Bills. This is a sports bar, that has decent food. The service is good, and I've never had a problem with the food or service. It is very good for what it is.

We like to sit outside when the weather is good as they have a large patio. The food is pretty standard stuff, but they have a good zie menu.
