Went to Smashburgers a couple of months ago with a few friends. It's a typical hamburger place. The food is OK as are the prices. Smashburgers is a small step above McDonald's, Burger King, etc.... .

We love burgers. Period. And are always on the lookout for a new burger. For us its the entire thing - the burger, the toppings, the bun, the fries. Smashburgers offers a burger in any configuration you desire. This time I tried the bacon cheeseburger with avocado and their smash fries (olive oil, sea salt). Smashburger has a great customer... Tried after hubs had it out, then hit it again with kids a few days later. Yum! Burgers are great, the egg bun is delicious. Olive oil and rosemary fries are perfect. Light and crisp! Will never go to another burger joint or fast food chain if this is an option!

The burgers are all good and the rosemary fries and shakes are quite good.they're a little slow preparing the food but it's worth it.

nothing special about this one. better than fast food. However I stick with Five Guys. I thought there burgers were better. I like the smash fries better than 5 Guys. my wife disagrees. She was not crazy about the shoestring cut of the smash fries. Ok place doubt I make the drive to the place.

I like their burgers a lot. To me this restaurant is very similar to five guys. You can specify your burger toppings or choose one of their suggested combinations. I like their smash fries with rosemary but I am not crazy about the "shoestring" cut which is why I would probably choose five guys over smash burger, if given the... More

When we got there, there were no seats available. The place was packed. Good sign. They make really delicious burgers. Ours were moist and flavorful and cooked perfectly, and you can build your own burger if you want to. The toppings were fresh. We'll definitely go back.

Lots of hype and buzz about Smashburger - don't get me wrong ... it's head and shoulders above all of the traditional fast food burger joints - and the extended variety (to include veggie and chicken and salads) makes this a slightly different place - head to head I prefer the Five Guys Burger. Two thumbs up on the fried... More

One of the main draws for me here are the "smash fries", but lets talk about the burgers first. The burgers are "smashed" hence the name so they are pressed down. What this means is you will usually have normal sized flat burger with some thin crispy edges from the smashing. The burgers are always cooked well but can occasionally... More

When you advertise how you "Smash" your burger, don't expect a big, meaty, juicy burger to arrive on your plate. The edges of my burger were crispy, the meat unseasoned and the bread soaked with grease. I think the fries were ok, but had some cold spots in them, but if warm they would have been fine. Nothing really new... More
