We made the mistake of coming here on a Sat eve. The place was teeming with people. Usually a sign that the food is good. So we went in. Online reviews by others indicated the same. First came water with food particles on the outside of the cups! Are they not using a dishwasher? We asked for a change -... More

Brought a vegetarian friend to one of our favorite Indian restaurants. We were greeted like friends and honored guests. She wanted a dish that she had previously tried but could not remember the name. The waiter patiently listened, figured it out, showed her the dish on the menu and she was able to confirm it. We also ordered an excellent... More

My family is originally from the South Indian State of Andhra Pradesh. South Indian food is distinctly different than what most Americans are used to because most Indian restaurants in the United States are owned by individuals from North Indian states and most Americans experience with Indian food is Tandoor Chicken, Naan bread, and curries. South Indian food tends to... More

Went to try out some south Indian cuisine and wasn't dissapointed. The food was quite good but a bit expensive considering that the offering is only vegetarian. We were served by the manager Lasanga, who was very friendly and attentive. Overall quite satisfied.

We brought friends who had never had Indian food before and the staff outdid themselves. We had marsala chat salad (spectacular), two new (to us) eggplant dishes and our usual favorites. Everything was excellent; in fact our friend who doesn't eat spinach said, this isn't bad, I can eat this. We introduced them to the mango lassi which they loved.... More

The quality of food was good. Need to try buffet. The ambience and decor was very old. Need to update interior.

I have been to many Indian restaurants in the area but this place is great for vegetarians. Lunch buffet has many choices or you have the option to order from the menu too. Weekends to get crowded which speaks to the quality.

I love this place-the food is always delicious and the staff is attentive and courteous. We usually go for the lunch buffet but we went for dinner and ordered a selection from the menu. This is a vegetarian restaurant, but you won't miss the meat! The Chana Batura is a favorite as is the Palak Panir (spinach and cheese). If... More
