So Much Fun!

Let me be upfront, it's a bar with food. Jeans, T-shirts, etc so if you're looking for fine dining this is not the place. If you are looking for a quasi-authentic Irish pub then go here. Great 3 piece Irish band, great vibe (loud and fun) and good pub grub. Would definitely visit again. Owner... read more

I must have driven by this place hundreds of times without stopping in, and now wonder why. After being invited by friends for dinner, I was pleased at every turn - from a welcome greeting, a great table by the fireplace, honest assessments of the ales, and terrific and hearty fare. The Shepherd's pie alone was worth the trip -... More

Great Irish atmosphere, delicious home made food at a good value. Very friendly bar tenders who pour the best drinks.

We had dinner with friends at Auld Shebeen to celebrate a birthday. It was easy to find, but parking is very limited. It was a crowded Friday night, but we were seated promptly at the time of our reservation. The lighting was just right. Our waiter was friendly and efficient and the draft beer selections, while limited, were quite good.... More

Great Irish atmosphere - not a play on Irish pubs but a pub that feels (and tastes) like it could be in Dublin. I had the bangers and mash and some curry fries and they were delicious. My coworker got fish and chips and liked them - they looked amazing. My coworker is also into trying new foods, so we... More

First time here. Good overall. Only reason food is a 2 is because it was barely warm. Told the assistant manager and he seemed truly concerned and said he would tell the kitchen staff. I think it was the server however. While nice she was less than attentive, failed to check on me, and brought the check before asking if... More

First I'll say the food, wait staff and the band were all great! What made this a 3 instead of a 5 was the small act of being seated. A friend had called ahead and made reservations and had specifically asked for a booth - the 3 of us prefer booths - she was told there shouldn't be an issue... More

We had a delicious lunch at the Auld Shebeen. The salad was fresh, the reuben and hamburger were tasty, and my daughter loved her fish and chips. They had some really good spicy mustard choices, as well as Irish Chef Sauce on the table. Service was prompt and friendly. We really enjoyed the Irish pub atmosphere, too.

I'd had a hankering for corned beef and cabbage since St. Patrick's Day and so we chose to eat here. It was in a place that I think used to be The Black Eyed Pea when I lived here prior to 2001. That doesn't matter, though. Corned beef was good, not great, but the cabbage was great. Of course, it's... More
