Gone a bit down hill

I used to love this eatery, but there have been recipe changes and staff turnover that represent a net loss in its appeal. There is better fish to be found elsewhere nearby.

Please tell me what has happen to Bonefish Restaurant-Greenbriar Shopping Center . Is there a new management? Why has the menu changed? We always enjoyed the food until recently. On my last visit I had to send my food back. I ordered a Caesar salad and it tasted like paper. The greens were not crisp, chicken was loaded with a... More

Hi there, On behalf of Bonefish Grill, I want to sincerely apologize about your experience. We pride ourselves on having excellent food and service and it sounds like we failed to deliver with your experience. Every visit with us should be a great one. While we we do change our menu with the seasons, it's disappointing to know you had... More

Bonefish grille is an excellent chain of restaurants that I have enjoyed around the country. Obviously, fish is their specialty and they do a good job of interesting options. The shrimp is excellent.

Bonefish has a nice variety of fish entrees, as well as other options. I like the wood-fired fish with choice of sauces on the side. Our server Bah-rang (sp?) was terrific! He was attentive and fast, and very personable. We had the luxury of the restaurant not being too crowded, so were able to chat with Bah-rang, which we enjoyed.... More

Slow music, dark dining area, unhappy diners. The service was incredibly slow. We had to track down our waiter to order our food. My drink, the Blackberry Smash ($3.5) was mediocre at best. Comprised of mint leaves, muddled blackberries, coconut juice, and club soda, it was not worth the money. Two-thirds of the glass was ice. As soon as I... More

We use to enjoy eating here years ago, then they changed recipes and it went all DOWN HILL from there. Even the head guy Ryan left and it's just not the same. The last few times we ate there we both got sick and NEVER RETURNED. Found a seafood restaurant that blows Bonefish out of the water.

This restaurant is high end. Linen table clothes and wait staff in black slacks and white shirts. Gives it an air of sophistication.

I spent a week in the area and enjoyed meals here on 3 different occasions (2 dinners and 1 lunch). I enjoyed: 1. Shrimp and Scallop grill dinner, 2. Lobster Grill Cheese w/Lobster bisque, 3. House Bacon Cheeseburger and on 2 occasions added a Caesar salad. All of the meals were in the $10-15 range and served hot. Our 3rd... More

I have previously enjoyed eating at Bonefish Grills in Myrtle Beach and Columbia, SC and this one was almost as good. Although our party of 6 (including 2 young children) went fairly early on a Saturday evening, the restaurant was already crowded and we were most fortunate to get one of their large booths which accommodated all of us. Our... More

some new items, and favorite older ones, some increases in prices.. significant over last two- three years. Bang Bang shrimp among them.. Still a favorite restaurant, although the paper table cloths diminish my pleasure.and we were chilly near the window, almost a freaking breeze ! what? I had coconut shrimp, great as usual.. bread with oil a favorite. I also... More
