Great soft serve ice cream and one of the few places that still dips soft serve in candied shell. Fast friendly service. Nice seating area with music. Would go again. US 1. Traffic is a little nuts and noisy.

This has been a fun, family-friendly place to stop for good ice cream. It has gotten better since last year, and our kids love to play there after their ice cream is finished. The background music adds to the fun atmosphere.

It's called Baylors now! New owner but same great taste and prices! The old owner is no longer there and business is picking up again. Nothing negative to say anymore. Come support the new owner.

No longer JoJos. This is now Baylors. New owners! Finally. I enjoyed the ice cream but refused to patron this place because of the previous owner. Excellent ice cream and a fun place for the family. I submitted for tripadvisor to change the name.

Like everything about it other than the lines get long at times but worth it. Family friendly.

The OWNER OF JOJO's molested a 11 year old kid while he was a Dumfries police man!! He then opened an ice cream shop to have further access to minor boys!! I am sorry, but after having been through this before with another member in my family!!! I WILL NEVER SUPPORT A MONSTER LIKE THE OWER OF JOJO'S!!! Keep away!!!

Stopped in here after hiking at Prince William Forest. Walk up type business. Tables outside. Ice Cream was good. We had a hot fudge sundae. Seemed to be clean and neat. A little difficult to get to. Route 1 is one way going in and out of the town. You have to turn around and come back heading towards the... More
