While the staff is very friendly, the food leaves something to be desired. The salad had so much dressing on it, I could barely taste the veggies. The pasta was overcooked and the shrimp lacked flavor. Not sure I will try this Olive Garden again.

The food was great. Service was wonderful. I was there on Mother's Day before work and was treated like family.

My friends and I lunch @ this Olive Garden often and have always been pleased but my husband and I we re in the area over the weekend and decided to try it for dinner. He really doesn't care for chains and was a bit skeptical. We received a personable warm greeting, we're seated quickly and had a friendly, smiling... More

Food quality and service was better than the average Olive Garden. On this visit we were seated next to a group of about twenty students....which gave me concern...but was impressed at how reserved and quiet these young people were.

Great food without a ridiculous price. The Christiansburg store is frequently crowded but they move things along pretty well, and a long wait is rare except during holiday periods. Until there's a Carabba's in Christiansburg, this will be our go-to place when we want Italian food.

We ate there on a busy Friday night so there was a bit of a wait to be seated, but the service was very good, the food was excellent, the waiter was friendly and engaging. He was apologetic about the wait for our food, but honestly, the wait time did not seem out of the ordinary. The atmosphere in the... More

The food was great and the service was wonderful. It was clean and the soups, salad, and breadsticks were all fresh. The best part of the meal was the sweet tea

For a franchise, you expect the same food and service wherever you go. Server was very nice. Too much dressing on the salad. Otherwise, good experience. Pasta is over priced but that is true at every Olive Garden. You pay for consistency and when you are on travel, you dont want any gastro surprises.

We go occasionally for the soup and salad at lunch and it is pretty good. Service is a little slow bringing refills on soup bowls and lunch is at least an hour. Dinner has always been good and the restaurant has always been clean and the wait staff is professional and friendly.
