Love the old farmhouse and the private atmosphere which is rare. My husband and I love to go there for dinner dates. Food is delicious with many main menu choices as well as sides and salads. Top-quality service; the waitress kept our drinks filled and was so courteous and friendly yet not bothersome. If you want privacy, ask for a... More

Yes, this is the place to go for steaks (chateaubriand & prime rib) that were absolutely cooked to order and delicious. But I have to share that the vegetable of the day was shaved brussel sprouts exceeded any expectation of a side veggie in a steakhouse. It was even better than the mixed veggies at Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant as... More

Being a frequent business traveler I look for locally owned non-chain restaurants that offer a good menu selection, quiet atmosphere, well-prepared quality meals and excellent service. I found it all here. Although I arrived near closing time I was greeted courteously quickly seated in a quiet dining area. I ordered a salad and the salmon. The salad arrived promptly and... More

Our party of 2 both had boneless sirloin. I cannot tell you how bad it was. It tasted very wild and gamey and tasted like it had freezer burn. Their "famous onion rings" were not that great either. I know we should have but we did not complain to the server as it wasn't her fault. We will just never... More

This place has so many rooms you need to leave breadcrumbs to get to the bathroom & back! The waitstaff handles people in all different rooms, so they are run ragged! Food was ok, not great, would have expected better. Waitstaff was very nice.

this restaurant was a total disappointment. We were told about how good the onion rings were as well as their prime rib. the onion rings are better at most casual dining restaurants and the prime rib had little flavor. then to top it off they all have a pompous attitude about how good they are. this might have been a... Great place for a romantic anniversary dinner! Ask for a cozy private booth when arriving. Service is outstanding and there are excellent choices of food - but try the prime rib -super tender and exquisite taste. I definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a family dinner to celebrate a college graduation. We had reservations for the banquet room which was nice but lacking the charm of the older part. It was a busy night but the server was on top of things . Almost all the group ordered steak and it was cooked as ordered. My boneless sirloin was ok but could have... More

If you're a fan of prime rib, this is as good as it gets. What I also like about the restaurant is the wide range of seating options. The Farmhouse has rooms to accomodate large groups and has separating seating areas for smaller groups. For an intimate setting with your significant other it's hard to beat.
