good food, service issues

We have enjoyed Ledo's food in the past. This year, the food was average and the servers didn't speak enough English to understand our orders. We had six people in our party and needed 3 separate bills. The servers didn't understand how to separate the bills and we spent at least 10 minutes... read more

Thin crust pizza was good and greasy (just the way it should be!). Pizza's are rectangular shaped rather than your standard circle. But i like a beer with my pizza, and they don't serve any alcohol.

It's a chain restaurant and this must be its weakest link. If I had known it was a chain we would have never gone there. But we found out too late after placing our order. I had a small pepperoni. It was a square pizza (warning), with a crust that reminded me of bad pie crust (danger). It was cut... More

Wile on vacation in Chincoteauge, my family and I (wife and three young girls) decided to stop for a quick bite before calling it an evening. A quick bite turned into well over 90 minutes of waiting and ultimately turned into take out. Our service began with a waitress who did not understand English and a front of house staff... More

The good: The server, Rhianna, was very nice and seemed very experienced. The gentlemen (host or owner) was also very nice. The sauce was very good. The bad: The food was not very good. I thought I was partial being Italian but my husband didn't find his very good either. The cheesesticks were average but definetly not homemade (just frozen... More

On our last night of vacation we wanted to get some take-out to eat at our hotel, so we decided to try Ledo's. We had a small pizza, Ledo's stromboli, and fries. All were delcicious. (They stiil tasted good on Saturday when I had leftovers for lunch). Niced choice

Anyone familiar with the Ledo's name knows what to expect. For those that want pizza on a thick, bready crust, this place is not for you. The crust at Ledo's is thin and crispy (think phyllo dough).

I went to order a pizza for take out and while ordering, asked for garlic and was told there wasn't any garlic. I was shocked to be told that an 'Italian menu' restaurant would not have any garlic and only offered 'garlic powder'.....Needless to say, I went elsewhere for a pizza.

Food was average for a pizza joint but the waitresses "Aliscea and Brittany" they said their mother and daughter were amazing. Had us laughing. Made my kids laugh. Gave them crayons to play with and joked with our crew. We never had to think of refills or napkins because Aliscea and Brittany were on top of their game! I will... More
