We're a family of 4 that's only in a Chincoteague for a couple of days - we keep hearing (and reading reviews) about the island not having any great food, in spite of the fact that there's fresh seafood here. Upon recommendation from our hotel, we went to Bill's last night. It was ok, heavy on the melted cheese and... More

I love Etta's Channel Side Restaurant. From the hush puppies to the desserts, everything is delicious. The view of the channel is spectacular, but what really makes the view is they have a couple hummingbird feeders out and you can always catch at least one feeding! One time I left a jacket there that I didn't realize I had done... More

Visited one evening for dinner. We didn't have a reservation, but were able to be seated after waiting a few minutes for he hostess to sort things out. Service was good, food was yummy! Enjoyed the Crab Duo special! Should have saved room for dessert. The Blueberry-Lemon meringue pie looked amazing! Hope to try it next visit!

We went here because they advertised a nice view of the lighthouse and the waters. The food was excellent. I had the grilled Mahi and my husband and the seafood platter. The staff was very nice and although it was sort of fancy, it was kid friendly.

This is, by far, not our first dinner at Etta's. It did not disappoint. We got there early and were able to have a table by the window looking out over the channel. We could see the Assateague Lighthouse in the distance, enjoyed the beautiful flowers and kept an eye out for hummingbirds at the feeders. The food was very... More

My wife and I just had a good dinner st this place. The steamed clams I had were excellent and the crab cakes were nicely prepared and fresh. The salad was exceptional and fresh as well. My wife had a broiled flounder (off the menu) that was nicely prepared and presented. Excellent meal (especially considering the alternatives). I would recommend... More

I love this little restaurant. It isn't big or fancy, but the food is delicious and fresh. The view of Asseteague Channel and the light house is very nice. And I love the flowers and humming bird feeders on the back deck. Make a reservation!.

The food is consistently great at this restaurant! My fish is always fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy but the view from the windows is gorgeous!
