The title of my review says it all. From hush puppies thru dessert, Etta's has all of the best attributes of any other restaurant on Chincoteague. Service is impeccable - and the view of the water and hummingbirds feeding is beautiful.

Had not been to Etta's for a few years. Recently went back with a party of 12. Food and service was the best. Reasonable priced wine list. Recommend highly. You won't be disappointed.

We always go to Etta's for dinner every time we visit Chincoteague. We go every year. Not cheap but the best. Try their flounder stuffed with crab. You won't find a better meal anywhere.

Ettas sits on the channel, with a fine view of the water and Assateague Island, including the lighthouse, even if you're not at a window seat. Nice vodka martini to start. We had the ruby trout dinner salad and broiled scallops with garlic and lemon juice, both delicious, and a good cucumber salad as one of two sides. No raw... More

Excellent service! Food was tasty and well prepared (coconut shrimp and broiled Mahi fillet). Very nice view overlooking the channel water front and Assateague Island. Prices were well in line with similar experiences. We four senior RVers were very pleased!

This our go to restaurant when we look for a good crab dinner. Nicely decorated and lovely view of Assateague Channel and lighthouse.

On a recent trip to Chincoteague, we ate at Etta's for the first time. It is off the beaten path, but well worth it. The location is beautiful - right on the channel so you can watch the birds and boats. They start by bringing you a delicious, hot, homemade roll and two hush puppies. My mouth is watering thinking... More

Two of the restaurants that I used to frequent on Chincoteague Island many years ago are no longer open (Pony Pines and Landmark Crabhouse). I tried five other restaurants on two recent getaways to Chincoteague and found that Etta's has the best crab cakes for my money (though not inexpensive -- the entree is $23 but they also have an... We enjoyed our meal here, plenty of food (too stuffed for dessert). Not the cheapest meal as my steak was $24 but it was a 14oz Angus beef steak. It has a nice view, the service was good.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is just as wonderful with all lump crabmeat cakes and imperial. The oyster stew was made with fresh chincoteaque oysters. The waitress was kind and quick. Our new favorite place on the shore!
