My husband and I were looking for a quick, healthy dinner within walking distance of our hotel on Main Street in Chincoteague, and we decided to try Saigon Village. It was great! We got to sit outside with our 7 month old son, who the waitress was very friendly towards. It was beautiful weather and the restaurant wasn't crowded, so... More

Overall this is a refreshing change from the usual Chincoteague food, but get carry out,...the atmosphere is dreadful. The food is fresh and decent but don't be afraid of getting it spicy otherwise it is pretty bland.

Boy, what a disappointment! The waitress was obnoxiously loud and impatient. My 6 year old son had to use the restroom and they sent us across the street to the movie theater, which was CLOSED! I felt like a red-headed stepchild when I asked a question about one of the dishes. The eggplant was tough and the shrimp was tail-on... More

We've been eating at Saigon Village for at least 10 years. The food is the same. Simple. Tasty. Filling. Supplied by Sysco. Nothing organic. The wonton soup is delicious. The lemonade is more like sugar water with a touch of lemon. It's the only thing I've had that was a disappointment. Don't order it if you want a homemade lemony... More

Nothing to write home about. The food was okay and reasonably priced. The service was less than friendly. Not a bad place for a quick lunch (I had a lunch special) but I would not have dinner here.

No ambiance, table cloths or even comfortable chairs. But very good food and friendly service, when they're not overwhelmed. The wonton soup is especially delicious, and the bbq vermicelli dishes are pretty good, particularly the pork with egg rolls. We've been going for years and it's our go to place.

I ate dinner by myself here one night and thoroughly enjoyed my food! Wish I had been with others so I could try more things. They don't serve alcoholic drinks but I saw others bring their own. Small space, big flavors, great service!

Wow... a delightful gem in this "beach" resort community... everything we had was top notch as far as freshness and flavors... a great diviation from all the seafood type menus in the area...

This teeny spot on Chincoteague's Main Street boasted some delectable Vietnamese fare and was cheap to boot! The boyfriend had some delicious spicy noodles with shrimp and pork and I had spicy curry noodles with beef. God I wish I remembered the name of either dish, since Saigon Village doesn't have a website! But the important thing to remember is... More
