Love the location, right on the Downtown Mall. They have another location across from UVA as well. They always have lots of different choices of pizza available with so many toppings to choose from. Service is pretty fast, even when they're busy. My kids love the bar stools. The pizza itself is good, not out of this world, but I'm... More

By far the best and most interesting pizza's around. Fresh ingredients, cheeses. Names like Mediteranean, Stuffed Spinich Pie, Supreme, Artichoke and Sun dried tomatoes, Spicy Chicken with Pepppers. I think we have tried most all of them over the years. One size only: Large, 16". Not cheap but worth the taste treat. Enjoy the lively selections.

But perhaps a sign of the times; the value just isn't the same. If you doubt that small businesses are still struggling, or that inflation is really at the government's fabricated figure, just try pizza for 2 adults and 1 child for $30. Then notice that Christians now has posted a hand written sign on the free flowing drink machine... More

The only reason I didn't give this place a two star rating is the cost and portion size. Portions were generous for the price paid. I got a slice of sausage and peperoni pizza. The crust was nice and crisp because it was burned. The pizza was tasteless. The cheese had a melted plastic like appearance. I ate a few... More

great pizza, central location - one of my all time favourite pizza haunts when I'm in the States! First ventured into Christian's with friends who were working nearby and it has now become an annual tradition - love it!

I stopped here for a quick bite on the way back to Richmond. I have to laugh now when thinking about what to write because when we stopped here my wife said, "Are you sure we should eat here? Christian's Pizza? If it doesn't have some Italian name or something NY in the name then it can't be good." And... More

This pizza parlor started on the west end of the downtown mall and is known for its outstanding pizza by the slice. Lots of variations. You can also get a whole pizza or a calzone. Quick, good, efficient and consistent. Christian’s has now grown to four locations and remains one of the better “pizza the by the slice" places in... More

Great stop for a hearty meal for a cheap price! My slice of pizza looked like its own little garden- fresh spinach, mozzarella, feta, artichokes with a pesto sauce.

Christian's is good for a quite bite to keep the hunger at bay. But, if you're yearning for a whole pie, perhaps there are better places. Stopped in today for a mid-afternoon slice - got one slice of cheese and two of pepperoni. Not surprised by the excess grease from the pepperoni, but didn't expect to be able to pour... More

I have never actually eaten inside the restaurant, but have always taken a slice to go, so I don't know what it is like there to eat a sit down meal. The pizza by the slice however is very good. I like the margarita pizza (or fresh mozzarella pizza as they call it) with fresh ingredients and crisp crust. It... More
