Visited Charlottesville with my family and my wife and I hadn't been back since I graduated Business school almost 20 years ago... we spent many a Saturday and Sunday in Bodo's with fond memories. We couldn't wait to share the experience with our kids. Well, it was just as we remembered it. The line stretched out the door, but moved... More

This is the place to get a bagel, breakfast, salad, sandwich etc. The bagels are fresh and delicious! The line is sometimes long, but no worries...it moves quickly :)

Bodo's has awesome, house-made, authentic boiled bagels-- anyone who has eaten at authentic bagel places in the Northeast knows you can tell the difference. Bodo's is no exception. When you can go to Bodo's, there is no reason to waste your money anywhere else in town. Forget the grocery store, buy a couple dozen at Bodo's. You'll find all the... More

Love their bagels. I would write more of a review but every time I go there, I eat the bagel so quickly that the only memory I have is: do it again.

Most bagel shops buy par baked H&K bagels out of NYC. Pretty much the average bagel we get in Virginia. Bodo's makes them from scratch and you can tell the difference. Of course, it doesn't hurt that there is a line out the door every morning so you know your bagel is fresh. Simple, easy, clean. They do one thing... More

New Yorkers who are missing good-quality bagels LOVE Bodo's. So does everyone else. The food is delicious, service is fast, and the value is excellent. There are several locations in Charlottesville, and they all live up to the high standards set by the flagship store. Check out the mural in the location on The Corner, near the University of Virginia.

Everything they make is great and a great value. You can't go wrong. And don't worry about the long line, it moves fast!

Usually stop here on way to work, use the Emmet St location (as their are three locations in CVille), good food, friendly service, low priced..

Bodo's is very popular; you often have to wait for a table. This third visit will be my last. I ordered an egg with bacon and a bagel with vegetable cream cheese. And coffee. The coffee was not good enough for a place like this. They serve eggs on bagels (how silly!) but agreed to serve my egg separate from... More

Needed a lunch stop on our way through Charlottesville. This place was rated well on trip advisor. So glad we stopped. Delicious bagels. Super fast service even with a jam packed restaurant. So worth the wait in line. Got back in line to get bagels to take home. This place will be a must do on our next trip through.
