Sichuan village is my favorite Chinese restaurant offering Sichuan style food. The food are generally spicy and with a lot of oil. I would say it is moderate spicy overall.

I walked through the front door and found that I was the only customer. The buffet was a typical Asian buffet. The food tasted ok, nothing to really brag about however. The waitress didn't remove my empty plates until I was ready to leave however.

Skip the buffet! We enjoyed dan-dan bodies, Sichuan cucumbers, "ant on tree" (mixed pork with cellophane noodles in a spicy brown sauce), and long chili pepper in tiger sauce (?? On the name). We really liked everything, especially the cucumbers, which were unlike anything we'd ever had. All dishes were in the $4-9 range and generously sized. I will go... More

The food is decent, but the place just has a dingy, dirty feel. It's probably technically "clean" and would pass a health inspection, but it just feels dirty. It's probably the bad lighting and the older decor that add to that feeling. We'll likely go back, just not often.

This is a Chinese buffett. Food did not taste good. It seemed like the food was sitting there for a long time. It wasn't very clean either.

I tried the buffet, found it to be priced high, with below grade quality food. I can only imagine that this will echo in other menu items. It comes down to raw materials and seasoning. Apparently they do well with the seasoning of menu items, but fail to impress on the buffet. The place really needs a good cleaning. The... More

My coworker raved about eating here. I was nonplussed about it. Lots of Asian customers. Staff barely spoke English. Buffet was sparse compared to what I am accustomed to most buffets. Implements were dirty and hadn't been changed in a while. You can tell when food is dried half-way up the handles. The food tasted okay, and I did not... More

The buffet sucks...don't get it. Ask to order off the real Chinese menu. They make the best ma la beef tendon! Their dan-dan noodles are pretty good. Oh, and the cumin lamb dish rocks!

This restaurant, as the 2008 reviewer said, used to be an excellent buffet. They have gone way downhill in the past 3 years.. Everything is watered down-- soups, hot mustard, and sauces on the food. I got a crab rangoon from the buffet bar and t literally was painted with some red color inside, but was absolutely empty. Food is... More

Expect to pay $12.00 for one dinner item. The sell food by "weight". I'm used to Panda Express where I can get a 2 combo meal. The $10 beef lo mein was a bit too oily & yes I cook my own food when I'm home. same for the oily chicken lo mein. $10.00 General Tso's chicken not bad, but... More
