Best Prime Rib for Many Miles Around!!!

My wife and I always cook prime rib for Christmas (leftover turkey is just so done), so we know a thing or two about great prime rib. We have ordered prime rib at a lot of the other restaurants over the years (most notably, and most disappointingly, O'Charley's across the street), and it usually... read more

Just left this Logan's with a most disappointing experience. We started off the visit with "The Logan" their namesake sirloin which was unavailable. So instead of an 11 oz sirloin, my husband got the 8 oz. it came rare although it was ordered medium well. Ok...so we were able to make do. Then the chicken tenders came. Let me rephrase... More

The waitress situated us at a table that was somewhat sticky and the floor was littered with peanut shells. Moreover, there was filthy fork next to my foot that was dropped by customers god-knows how many meals prior. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to arrive and ask us about drinks. The sweet teas were beyond too sugary for a... More

I ordered the Onion Brewski Sirloin. There was barely any meat and tasted terrible. Not worth the $13.99 or the 12 % tax they charge on top of the meal price. But, that's Virginia for you. Summer, the waitress was great but, I don't think she should tell people that this is a wonderful meal.

Check it twice before you leave. Called in a to go order on a Monday at 4:30 and was told it would take about 25 minutes. Arrived with 5 minutes to go and the girl politely to my gift cards (to pay for the food). She then put my food into a bag and brought it to me and said... More

Went out with my family for dinner to Logans for the first time. The ambiance was very nice. Peanuts on the table and floor. Sort of a throw back place. Good selection of BBQ on the menu. Food was very good and I will be returning again.

We went after the lunch crowd had dissipated and were quickly seated. However, it took our waitress 15 minutes to arrive at our table. Two other tables nearby that had been seated AFTER us had already received their drinks and placed their food orders. This was irritating to say the least. Once our waitress did arrive she was very nice... More

Food was good and service was excellent. Kept drinks filled. Rolls seem typical supply co type, not fresh baked. With road construction nearby, be careful of your turn from interstate. Restrooms need work!!

I was here for a business lunch. The staff was very nice & friendly & the waitress was awesome. She came back to check on us like clock work. The problem I have is with with my steak. I ordered a 6oz sirloin cooked medium rare. It was a little more than medium rare but that was ok because I'm... More

While visiting Southwest VA and TN over Christmas Holiday 2014 we enjoyed one of the BEST meals at Logans Roadhouse. A little hard to get in and out of from the Road/Interstate, but so worth it. Each of ordered different meals and all were to our satisfaction. We are a family of 5 ranging from 7 to 86 years old... More
