A group of us traveled to Bridgewater for an event at the college, and decided to eat in town before, picking Francesco's because of the generally favorable reviews. (We admittedly were a bit cautious because although it's number one in Bridgewater there aren't that many places there.) This modest little family restaurant certainly exceeded our expectations. They have an extensive... More

This is an awesome restaurant that would be huge if it were in a larger area! The service and the quality of the food was excellent. My wife and sister-in-law had the special that day, which was a shrimp and aspargus fettucine that was top notch. The aspargus and the shrimp were fresh as well. The garlic bread knots that... More

We were staying just down the street and wanted to have an easy dinner one night and just stay in the room. I picked up dinner from Francesco's - a couple of salads and entrees. My wife had the cheese ravioli and enjoyed it - which was my primary concern. I had the chicken marsala, which was good and filling,... More

The food here is always good and fresh. Very reasonably priced. The garlic bread is to die for. The only negative is that the staff always seems very timid and like they are not exactly sure what's going on. Maybe a little more training would help.

Nice, casual restaurant for lunch or dinner with a wide variety of options. There were 5 of us and all of our dishes were good. The homemade rolls are delicious.

Everything was great from the time we walked in to the time we walked out! Everybody was so friendly, including the other guests who we didn't know!

Great eggplant, seafood dish a little too much garlic and oil. Went here twice as part of a weekend stay at the Inn up the street. Stick with the italian food I think. My eggplant dish was above average, but the other special I had was overwhelming. Stick with pasta etc. you should be good. Reasonable prices too which should... More

We ate dinner there tonight as recommended by our host at the B&B we're staying in Bridgewater. The place was very busy(it is Friday night) and we got there early enough to get a booth. We both had Lasagna and a fresh salad, and fresh bread. We both had some take home after the bread & salads. Lasagna was very good... More
