This was not the best meal we had in Blacksburg, but we enjoyed the deck upstairs and there was certainly nothing wrong with it. Just no "wow" factor.

Great food - just takes awhile to both be seated and to get food. I typically sit at the bar where there's no wait. IF you are trying to get a seat on a busy weekend (read: home VT game), good luck. Just like anywhere else, if there are lots of people in town, expect a wait!

Worst place I've been in Blacksburg!!! We got there (a group of 4) and were standing at the door for about 15 min while the manager and other employees saw us and just ignored us. When we finally were asked how many we where, we were told it would be a 10 min wait for a table. We waited in... More

A group of 5 family members went there for lunch. It is downtown on Main Street across from Wells Fargo Bank. We had appetizers, alligator and crawfish bits, which my family assured me were very good (I'm a meats and potatoes guy). My wife had a muffaletta sandwich which was excellent. I had the fried chicken which reminded me of... More

My husband, son and I ate at this restaurant in September while on a VT campus visit. In spite of a large party nearby, our waitress Kelly (?), was attentive and helpful. She understood the beer list and the menu well. As I don't care for this type of cuisine, I played it safe with seasoned shrimp. They were fine.... More

We met our Granddaughter here for lunch. Located in Downtown Blacksburg this was a good place to eat. I would not recommend the Jambalia as it just was not good. The Etoufe was very good and tasted of the bayou country in Lousianna, I opted for the grilled Salmon and it was okay. You could see from the color of... More

Food here is good, but you get what you pay for. I haven't been impressed with the sandwiches, but most of the entrees I have ordered have been delicious. Go with the red peach mojito, you will not be disappointed!

We went on a Tuesday evening right before general move-in day at VT. It was not crowded which was nice. Service was fine - I was concerned because of the reviews stating the service was not very good. The food was forgettable. Gator bites weren't very flavorful, although the oysters rockafeller was okay. Two in our party had the jambalaya... More

We had a small group of seven, family and friends, and thought we'd do something a bit better food wise than burgers and pizza. It is summer, so things are a bit slower. When we arrived the restaurant was less than half full. There is a patio on the roof, but built for smaller groups. Boudreax's menu is extensive, offering... More

Boudreaux's is one of my two favorite places for Sunday brunch in Blacksburg. Start out with a Bloody Mary-- they have a Cajun version that is too yummy for words. New Orleans- inspired omelets and egg specialties ensure that your Sunday will be off to a great start.
