As a B&B, the Wilmington Inn has much going for it. First, the most important things for most travelers--our room was a good size, spotless and smelled clean; the bathroom was large, also spotless and had all the necessities; and the bed was oh so comfortable and the linens of very nice quality. Second, the facility is spacious and interesting--inside... More

This inn is lovely, attractive from the outside, lots of parking, walking distance to town. Patrick, our host, was welcoming and informative about the area and places to eat. The main building had a terrific lounge space to use including sofas, games and a coffee machine. Felt very warm and homely. Breakfast was was cooked and very good. Our main... More

First, the not so good. The main reason I booked at The wilmington Inn was the description of the restaurant on the website. If I had investigagted deeper, I could have found out that there is no restaurant, or it's not open any more. Perhaps website should be updated to reveal the fact that there is NO restaurant. Rooms were... More

I haven't had a better breakfast anywhere - the bacon was cooked perfectly and everything was fresh and hot. Fresh vegetables and fruit were offered as additions to already delicious choices!

We met our longtime friends for a weekend getaway at the Wilmington Inn. Patrick was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed each day. He shared menus and local restaurant recommendations. The linens and beds were heavenly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed over the holiday weekend and it was one of the best B&B's we've ever stayed at. The Inn keepers were friendly and welcoming, and also had two of the most adorable, friendly, and well-behaved dogs. The Inn was very clean and cozy with tons of places to play a game, have some late dinner, or sip on wine.... More

The staff was very patient with our large group. The custom made breakfast was a huge surprise as we thought "included with stay" would mean the usual drab buffet. The French toast with peach/blueberry compote was excellent. Not the too sweet compote we feared. The egg strata was raved about as it was made with fresh ingredients. I wish we... More

This was our first stay at the Inn. We stayed in the Chimney Hill Room. The room was perfect and spotless. The Innkeepers were very friendly and gave us great tips about the area. We are buying a vacation home in Wilmington so the information will be very useful.

We really liked this place! we stayed in the Joseph Courtemanche Suite which was tastefully and cozily decorated. The bed was comfy, the fire place was great and the bathroom clean and big with a jacuzzi tub! they also had a hot tub outside for us to use. Jason and Alicia were super friendly and gave us lots of info... More
