Good food and beer, slow service

Good pub food, just expect to wait for it even when it is not very crowded. It was fine for us since we were not rushed, and just enjoyed our beers and relaxed.

Go there for lunch twice (Not sure good enough for dinner). Has decent list of local beers. Foods are OK, besides burgers/fries, just choose wisely. Only two waitresses, service sometimes is spotty.

We always come here during our skiing week at Mount Snow. They changed their name to Maple Leaf Tavern, probably to reflect their focus on food rather than on just beers/pub fare. It serves them right as the menu goes beyond regular wings/burgers/fries and includes a nice selection of soups, some seafood and also some Polish/Eastern European specialties which are dear... Thought the food was nice especially the quesadillas, staff were nice and we met some nice locals. Only thing was that it lacked a bit of atmosphere, very bright. Overall not too bad and would go back.

Good menu with decent food but service was spotty. Soup & enter came out lukewarm. Took ten minutes to get waitress to our table

Right in the heart of downtown Wilmington is this cute place. They have a nice menu selection and lots of options from burgers to sandwiches and salads. They do offer many vegetarian options, as well. Large beer list to choose from. I would recommend this for a laid back, bite to eat.

Went there and had to wait about 20 minutes to order the drink because the female bartender in her 20s or early 30s with the brown hair decided she would love to ignore us and rather gossip with her friends. We were going to eat dinner there but instead left and went someplace else. The wine was also terrible and... More

The bartender is wonderful and the food can be really good. The specials on the chalkboard are the best bet but appetizers are usually good. If it's a busy time you must be ready with games or good conversation because they don't handle crowds very well. We went there on New Year's night and were pleased to get a table... More

Realizing it was a busy vacation week, we called ahead for a party of 7. The woman told us to come right down, it was "slow and we would get right in". My husband wanted to leave a name so they would set the table for the 7 of us and the woman assured us that it was not necessary.... More

I stopped in here on the off-season for a quick meal. Everything was very tasty (I had the Beer Onion soup and pulled pork quesedillas.) I went by myself and ended up chatting with one of the locals about literature. It was great.
