Good menu with decent food but service was spotty. Soup & enter came out lukewarm. Took ten minutes to get waitress to our table

Right in the heart of downtown Wilmington is this cute place. They have a nice menu selection and lots of options from burgers to sandwiches and salads. They do offer many vegetarian options, as well. Large beer list to choose from. I would recommend this for a laid back, bite to eat.

Went there and had to wait about 20 minutes to order the drink because the female bartender in her 20s or early 30s with the brown hair decided she would love to ignore us and rather gossip with her friends. We were going to eat dinner there but instead left and went someplace else. The wine was also terrible and... More

The bartender is wonderful and the food can be really good. The specials on the chalkboard are the best bet but appetizers are usually good. If it's a busy time you must be ready with games or good conversation because they don't handle crowds very well. We went there on New Year's night and were pleased to get a table... More

Realizing it was a busy vacation week, we called ahead for a party of 7. The woman told us to come right down, it was "slow and we would get right in". My husband wanted to leave a name so they would set the table for the 7 of us and the woman assured us that it was not necessary.... More

I stopped in here on the off-season for a quick meal. Everything was very tasty (I had the Beer Onion soup and pulled pork quesedillas.) I went by myself and ended up chatting with one of the locals about literature. It was great.

Nice atmosphere, food was good, it was recommended by the Inn we stayed at. The server was very nice and shared some thoughts about the area with us. We really enjoyed the conversation. There were a lot of locals there, always a good sign!

We have heard about the Maple Leaf for a long time from friends and finally stopped in the other day. Kind of hard to find as it's right in the center of town near the main intersection. No dedicated parking so you have to find a spot along the street. We went in the middle of the afternoon so no... More

We ate around 4 pm and had the place to ourselves... Great onion rings and good. The beer was also very good.

Ate here twice this week while visiting from Florida. First night, the service and food were good. It was a weeknight, very few people, and the bar guy did a good job of getting us our drinks and food in a friendly and quick fashion. Second night was Friday with a lot more people. Had to wait way too long... More
