Plain but good

This is usually my first choice for lunch in Wilmington. The décor leaves a lot to be desired but the food is always good. The noise level can be very high when the place is busy. It's a bare wooden bones sort of place so there is no sound absorption. You are treated to your neighbors... read more

The menu is full of great sandwiches and something for everyone. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and made several suggestions. Our appetizer of hummus with pita chip was spot on. (we went back the next day and got an order of hummus to go).We were a party of four and we each ordered a different sandwich and all were awesome.... More

After passing by this place a bunch of times, we decided to try it for lunch. Food was delicious and really fresh! We had the falafel wrap and mozzarella sandwich. Both came with awesome French fries and Coke slaw. Kids lived the grilled cheese and chicken fingers. We would definitely come back again. Beer selection is small but diverse and... More

Nice little place. We went there because of the reviews on the French Toast. It was yummy the the syrup so smooth & good. Portion was good too.

My husband and I are in Wilmington for the week. After sleeping this morning we went for a walk around the village. We had stopped here on a previous visit and once again we were not disappointed either time. I had the turkey chili and he had the wild mushroom and brie bisque. Just the right size and soooo good.... More

You could feed three people on one blueberry pancake at Jezebel's - and they would all be full! Delicious food. BIG cup of coffee. Rustic and homemade. Don't miss this place when you're in Wilmington!

We went to Jezebel's for lunch at the bar during a weekend in Wilmington. It was located within walking distance of the inn where we were staying. We both got a grilled cheese. Mine with bacon, his with bacon and tomato. The sandwich was big and so filling we probably could have split it, although we both finished it all... More

When we saw the pictures that other people posted we expected to have large portions and we were still surprised. The coffee mug was large we knew the 3 egg omelet would be large, but we were still amazed at the food. The home fries are made in house not from a package or delivery truck. The biscuits and gravy... More
