Had lunch there during out visit to Williston. Not very many choices on the lunch menu, but everything seemed to be farm fresh and locally grown. Had a few sandwiches and fresh cookies

The sandwich I ordered was delicious but no one was there and I still had to wait 26 minutes. By that home a few people arrived. I had to get in line and ask how much longer it would be. My sandwich had just been sitting there because it was forgotten. Not happy.

Especially in the winter months, it is great to have soup/sandwich surrounded by the orchids, and greenery. Sandwiches have always been good. Customization pretty much limited to grilled or not. Good soups. Get there before noon, to get a table in the greenhouse. In the spring/summer the outdoor seating is shaded and overlooks a little pond. I do not think... More

The Garden of Eatin' is a sandwich stop in Gardeners Supply in Williston. They have about 5 or 6 different pre-made (that day; show up early and you can watch them made.) sandwiches that all are good. They have kids meals that can have a grilled cheese, bagel, etc, but it's the baked goods that draw us in. The cookies... More

The Garden of Eatin’ Café is a pleasant breakfast and lunch spot in Williston, Vermont. Open year round, the café delights with imaginative homemade sandwiches/wraps, hot soups, quiche, coleslaw, a wholesome salad bar, and decadent selection of baked goods. Garden of Eatin’ can be easily located in the center of Williston’s Gardener's Supply Company. Gardener’s Supply is an upscale nursery... More

Most items are made with Vermont produce, bread & cheese. Delicious. It's so lovely to pop in for lunch or a snack in the dead of winter or a rainy day and see the lush plants & flowers growing in the greenhouse and dining area.

Tucked away inside a large greenhouse retailer, this little cafe offers healthy choices for sandwiches and maybe not-so-healthy dessert bars, etc --- but really, all so good. Great for a convenient bite to eat. Atmosphere is not cozy, since it is part of the retail shop, but the quality of the good is well, very good! Just go early if... More

Get out of your lunch rut and eat here. Fantastic variety of soups and premade sandwiches every day. They will panini grill a sandwich for you. the lines can be a bit long sometimes, but they're hardworking and fast. Oh, finish it off with a heath bar cookie if they have them - heaven! And sit outside in the summer... More

Gardener's Supply for those that don't know it is a well stocked upscale nersury with boitique gardening gear, decor items, and a nice conservatory/greenhouse. Amid all the wonders of GS is this nice cafe with some very decently prepared food. Getting a quick bite here then strolling the lanes plant shopping makes for a pleasant change from the ordinary. The... More

This is a counter service restaurant with limited seating in the greenhouse. It is a little pricey for counter service, but good. There are 3 or 4 tables in the greenhouse for seating, so get there early.
