My wife and I went to Bryant House for lunch on April 10. For years, when we return to Vermont, we would go to the Bryant House for their signature chicken pot pie, which was wonderful. Now, they have concocted a new version with thickly sliced pieces of chicken breast on a slice of white bread ( think it was... More

After visiting Weston, we stopped for lunch at the Bryant, which is located right in the middle of the town. They have quite a few Vermont specialities, sandwiches, soups and salads but pretty standard choice overall. I went for the chicken pie and my friend had the vegetarian burger. Both very tasty and satisfying as were the apple pies we... More

Good food I liked the Hunters stew especially. There is a hot chocolate dressed with Vermont maple syrup witch was filling but good. Atmosphere is great.

We were looking for something similar to home cooking (or at least in our imagination how country style home cooking would be) and we found it at Bryant House! Our server was very sweet and attentive; made great recommendations off of the menu. The nearby Vermont Country Store is a plus if you want have an early dinner and shopping;... More

The Bryant House restaurant is adjacent to and apparently affiliated with the Vermont Country Store retail outlet. As an "in store" restaurant I wasn't really expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service, and at reasonable prices. A great place for lunch before or after the unique shopping experience of the country store.... More

Good food, located next to the Vermont country Store. The restaurant is located in an old building with quaint rooms and good service.

There was a handicapped entrance in the back but there were tables and chairs right in the way! They would have to get up and move if I brought my wheelchair in. The tables were crowded too close together. The food was not very good. The tuna was odd tasting and had something that was rather crunchy (not celery which... More

Had lunch at the Bryant House during the Weston Arts Gallery Weekend. This weekend, 10-13 Oct is a big weekend throughout Vermont. Mt Snow, in West Dover is also having a big event. Anyway, be prepared for as much as a 45 minute wait over a busy weekend or when a major event is going on. Be sure to stop... More

We return to the Bryant House time after time. We love the Bryant House for its cozy Vermont atmosphere and great home style cooking. Try the pot roast-it's excellent!

Well we got up early heading this way to get a fantastic breakfast and found out that they only do lunches/dinners...what a bummer...fortunately we found out early enough that we could spend a lot of time in the town of Weston (home of The Vermont Country Store). The lunch was worth waiting for...I had the smoked ham/cheese sandwich on maple... More
