Food was good, about average but not really notable. A little pricey but then it is next to the Vermont country store which is a tourist attraction. Waitress was very friendly.

The best part of this place is the cool bar atmosphere, gained from the acquisition of a real old fashioned mahogany bar from another era which was reassembled here. That aside, the food we had was Bar quality ----nothing memorable. There may well be something better on the menu that we didn't try. it was off season so maybe the... More

Was a quaint little restaurant that had decent burgers, although they were skimpy on the fries. The seating is somewhat cramped and noisy as the waiters moved in and out of the kitchen. It was convenient though after leaving the Country Store, as it is right next door.

Let me start by saying my review is mixed because I thoroughly enjoyed my pot roast..I'll even go as far as to say it's the best I've ever had. The portion was large..the meat was tender and flavor filled..however..my husband had the chicken pie and it looks nothing like the picture. It was a very small portion ..nothing in comparison... Had lunch here today and was not impressed at all. Server was very slow . So slow in fact, that the hostess stepped in and took our order. I have to give kudos to the hostess, however: she did find us a table in a quiet room after we asked to be seated away from small children. So, on to... More

We sat in the pub because it looked friendly. Food and service were just what we were wanting on a rainy day. Mac and (local) cheese with a slice of ham (enough for leftovers) and a homemade chicken pot pie, both quite nice.

This is a must stop if you are taking the route 100 from Boston. Cozy restaurant, great food and very courtiers staff. A tip : ensure you reserve a table before you go for shopping. Generally it is 45 minute wait. Meanwhile, you can shop at country store.
