The restaurant has some really neat history you can read about before going or while you are enjoying a cocktail. My wife and I both enjoyed 2 Dirty martini’s which were served to protections. For an Appetizer we had the grilled Cajun steak tips which were tender, tasty, juicy and lean. For dinner I had the Bouillabaisse which was exceptional... More

Our family have been celebrating special occasions at Two Tannery for at least 25 years. Now my husband and I treat ourselves to dinner here as often as we can. Two of our favorites are the duck with black cherry sauce and the nutty Vermonter, a wonderfully juicy chicken breast with a cheddar filling. There are also excellent appetizers, good... More

Don't go there if you are young. We received nasty looks from some of the wait staff because of a tight fitting dress and my boyfriend's skate shoes. Really conservative style. Good food but to expensive for what it actually is. Our waitress was good but she was the only one who didn't give us bad looks. The food was... More

Ate here and enjoyed the food. Very tasty and good portions without being ridiculous. The waitress - I wish I remembered her name - was great (on top without hovering, good sense of humor, well mannered). I will definitely be back. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the host had a really negative attitude - like, couldn't be... More

Our adult kids and my husband and I went on a long overdue ski trip to Mt Snow Vermont and treated ourselves to a special night out. Two Tannery didn't disappoint. The small rooms, cozy fireplace and decor set the mood for a relaxed experience. From the appetizers and main course to dessert every dish was so good we kept... More

We went to this restaurant as a family based on the reviews. We had not realized it was an upscale place. The building is classic historic new England. The service excellent. The food was very good. Very high quality and fresh ingredients, but nothing super extraordinary in terms of taste. We were all satisfied with our choices: lamb chops, veal... More

I went to this restaurant for my friend's wedding party and I was truly impressed by it. The place has a charming ambience and a local character, which I really appreciate. The servers were attentive and highly professional. The food was amazing, including appetizers, salad, and entree. I had the roasted duck and it was magnificent! I did not try... More

Food at two tannery is the best in the valley. We have been coming here for over15 years and have never had a bad meal. The fish specials are always excellent and the service is great! The acadia pepper shrimp is fantastic. We live in nyc and eat out a lot and are never disappointed at two tannery. Plus the... More

Just a wonderful place for dinner. Been coming here for the last ten years. The waitresses are amazing with great ambiance. The food is fantastic and don't forget to get the coffee toffee for dessert.

After skiing all day at Mount Snow, a great dinner at Two Tannery tops off the night. We have been going there for years, so we got to know the waitress Vera. Always friendly and loves to talk to all her "tables". You're not just another diner, you feel special. We love the country decor. It's nice to get away... More
