An upscale place worth the visit when in Mount Snow

We make two tannery out couples night out whenever we come to Mount snow. Be sure to make reservations! The nutty Vermonter is my husbands favorite. I've enjoyed the duck and this last visit got the entree sized Arcadian shrimp. Some appetizers come as entree portions. This time they had the... read more

The food, service and atmosphere are all top notch. My only complaint: the gentleman who greets you at the door always seems put out when you arrive.

We've been going to this restaurant for years. Went for dinner New Year's Eve. Food was very poor. Duck, which is usually reliable was dried out and tasteless. Steak was tasteless. Very disappointing

We have eaten here several times but it's a new ski season and wanted to give an update. Had a great dinner last Friday sitting at the bar talking to Willy. Split Pea Soup was the soup of the day so we had to have that and it was fantastic. I had a smoked salmon stuffed trout, which was huge... More

This is one of my family's favorites. We have been going up to Mt Snow for years and my parents are now retired there. We go to Two Tannery for our special occassions and bring our guests there. We are heading there on the 28th for my Mother's Birthday. I get the steak AuPouive and it is wonderful! Stuffed Shrimp... More

Chef Brian accents his menu favorites with seasonal additions, all good, and reflective of current culinary trends. The staff is friendly, helpful with suggestions, and knows how to be attentive without hovering. No wonder this is favorite to many locals and second homeowners.

Not innovative. The menu seems not to have changed much in years. For a first time, it can be a nice stop. It wears thin quickly.

i have to admit I was a bit nervous taking some friends here for dinner when it was our first visit as well after some of the reviews. We were very pleased with the choice. The restaurant is a very nice setting with a beautiful dining room. From first greeting to when we left everybody there treated us very politely... More

continental food in a 17th century house once owned by the Roosevelt family. The food was well prepared with generous portions. The waitstaff pleasant and accommodating to special requests. My only criticism was that I ordered a glass of port with desert. I got a mouthful of sediment near the end of the glass which I mentioned to the server.... More
