We enjoyed our lunch and drinks in this friendly and casual restaurant. It seems to be very popular with the local crowd!
Went in because it was recommended for its lunch specials. We had just finished climbing Haystack Mt. and were 15 minutes late for the specials. We were hungry, so we ordered. As part of the Green Mountain Challenge, we were sent here with a clue and had dinner. The waitress was very kind-great service. The food was average and it is extremely loud. I imagine during the ski season this is a fun place also. Great for pub type food and again, nice staff.

My husband and I stopped here after participating in the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge. We were hungry and looking for something familiar and filling. The Saloon offers a Sunday brunch with a lot of delicious looking options. We opted for standard pub fare, and were quite satisfied. The value was excellent. We left stuffed for about $25.
The service was good and the food was excellent. The staff were also helpful about answering our questions about the area. The food is priced well for the quality - would go back when in the area again.
There is nothing eye catching about the menu but the food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere feels a little vacant as there just seems to be missing tables when you first walk in. The Servers/staff were friendly and polite. The food came in an expected amount of time and everyone was pleased with what they... More
