Tasty, hearty soups that can make a meal on their own, excellent wraps and grilled sandwiches. Great selection of local items and special coffees.

Driving through Vermont, we stopped here for coffee and a chance to stretch our legs. The cafe is a cute place with Vermont products, antiques, and other items for purchase. There are tables and chairs set up, and the feeling is very homey. I just got a large coffee, but it was very good! Hard to find when you like... More

We stopped here for a cuppa and it was a very interesting place, with friendly people. I loved all the items on sale, the artwork, the choices. I had a great Café Vermont. I would definitely be there all the time if I lived in Waitsfield!

What a relief to find Three Mountains on a rainy day in fall. The cozy, antique filled atmosphere, free WiFi and awesome soups and sandwiches saved a dreary day. We tried the Hungarian Mushroom soup, Chili and Avocado BLT- all were very tasty. A fun place for lunch if you are leefpeeping, skiing or hiking.

We walked in at 1:45pm (they close at 2pm). The staff, with the exception of the owner, were pleasant and welcoming. We ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese, Gazpacho soup, and milk. The Gazpacho was excellent. The owner served us a burned, overcooked, very hard bagel - there was no missing it. I commented to a staff person (who... More

The positives: pastries are delicious and bagels fresh. Negatives: service - there is no system and speciality coffees take forever and are subjective to the experience of the person who takes the order. I always leave feeling frustrated and how bad it is and yet how much potential it has.
