Good pizza, good price, good beer

These folks make good pizza, an unusual oasis in the middle of Vermont. They are usually very fast unless they are slammed. The biggest improvement they have installed a real bar and the tap beer, mostly great Vermont brews, are by far the lowest price per pint in the Valley any day or time... read more

This is one of those little restaurants I've driven past a million times commuting to and from work; always meaning to stop in. Well, tonight I stopped. I figured I'd order my usual type of pie to go and be on my way. Wrong! I walked in and was confronted with 4 different kinds of slices. the toppings stopped me... More

NY style thin crust pizza which was great along with the service and how can you beat $3 pints on tap! I like a simple pie, roasted red peppers and sausage, enjoyed this pizza. They do have many specialty pizzas and being a NYY fan I love the names selected by the Jersey shore owner. Great place in the Mad... More

My family and I wanted a lazy evening while we were in Vermont last year and decided to try Pizza in the Valley. It's a small place on route 100 but the pizza was great! I do not recall if there was seating inside as we got ours to go.

This is a small place but has a little bar with great beers and great prices. The pizza was very good and so were the wings. We had a specialty pizza with ricotta cheese, red peppers, and sausage. Our wings were Parisian style and were very good. Service was great (we sat at the bar as there were just two... More

The food was great and they had the best beer prices in town. I had the pizza and some of the people I was with had the pasta dishes, all of which were good. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Waitsfield, Vermont.

Okay, I will concede that it might have been my fault. I assumed they had table service, but maybe not. That said, I did go through the restaurant, tried to make eye contact with the person behind the counter (no luck,) and since it was boiling inside, I sat outside. I sat there for ten minutes and gave up. Even... More

We're new to the valley but I can see this becoming a frequent source of takeout for us. There's something for everyone and they make an excellent calzone. A great excuse not to cook.

On Monday and Wednesday, there was a $10 cheese pizza special, with $1 more with one topping. You have to decide on ONE topping for the deal. We added antipasto, and had a good meal. New Yorkers will love the thin crust. This was our "cheap eats" best value during our Mountain visit.

Delicious thin crusted pizza by the slice. Very reasonable, too. Interesting selection of toppings. Ate outside by the wood burning fireplace.
