We are ovo pescetarian vegetarians, so were excited to go to Mint, which was recommended by our B&B nearby. The interior is lovely, the menu has some wonderful options. I had the greens and broccoli, excellent. Husband had a tempeh, sausage dish. We loved the spices, and the attention in the dishes. Very healthy and filling. Definitely recommend!

Let me start up by saying I am not a vegetarian and normally wouldn't have even tried Mint. My wife and I were staying at the Wilder Inn and Luke (one of the innkeepers) recommended this place as something we might enjoy. The food was to die for! I had a tofu stir fry which was made up of mostly... More

This is the best vegetarian restaurant I have ever ate at. The almond soup, a first for me, was delicious. The Stir Fry and Mint Salad were excellent. I am definitely not a vegetarian/vegan, but the food is so good I would certain eat here often if I lived in the area. My wife and I were not sure of... More

My problem with the wait staff is that if you should make a complaint they “inform” that this is how they do it. Rather than “informing” diners, they might be more responsive and offer to do something responsive to correct or improve the dish. They need to give more factual descriptions of their menu items. Don’t say “Roasted veggies” if... More

It's been our fourth journey in the Mad Valley area. Every time we've been here, all our dinners have been spent at Mint. We now book our meals at Mint and then, we book the B&B My wife has been a food critic for 15 years in Montreal. Here's what she has to say about the food at Mint :... More

I have dined here three time but never taken the time to write a review. The food prepared at Mint is phenomenal. All are creative and tasty vegetarian dishes. What a great feeling to have a healthy, responsible dinner. The restaurant is small and intimate. Each time I have felt very comfortable. Service is always perfect. Our server has been... More

Mint is a gem not to be missed if you are in the Waitsfield or Warren area. Whether you are vegetarian or an omnivore, this place will blow your socks off. The atmosphere is inviting, comfortable and relaxing. They have a long list of teas available. The appetizers, salads, and main courses were all great. I just can't say enough... More

We are so happy when our intention produces good results and meets customer perception! Not always the case given the subjective nature of restaurant experiences. Thanks again, your positive review pushes us even further to better our "product". We enjoy learning! More

Dinner on a cold winter Friday evening. While we were there just three other tables were filled. Perhaps the cold weather kept people from going out. The restaurant is on Bridge Street but the parking is on the backside of the building approaching from an entrace on Main Street further south of Bridge St. The restaurant is cute, looks warm... The food is tasty, well seasoned (soup was a little salty). The presentation of the food was lovely. The restaurant itself is cozy and creatively decorated. Great selection of teas.
