Saturday evening was our first visit to Mint. We shared the Mint Salad. It was crisp and refreshing. We both ordered the Mushroom Ragout and were very impressed. The depth of the flavor was amazing and was served over crispy spatzle. For dessert we had chocolate mousse and tiramisu. Both were very good. We highly recommend Mint for vegetarians and... More

We chose this restaurant because my daughter is gluten and dairy free. It was a wonderful meal! This restaurant was recommended some other travelers as well as the owners of the B&B we were staying at. We had the broccoli kale and that meant salad along with a potato cake. We couldn't even finish all of the food. The servings... More

Pricing is comparable to other places in the Valley - Mint does vegetarian cuisine that is global and innovative. The tajine was delicious, tofu dishes are incredible, and vegetables are fresh and cooked just right. Salads are out of this world. Desserts are also great Something different from the usual here!! A gem

We were out for a ride and my entire family decided to stop and eat at the Mint. It was over priced, the portions were small and there was no bread offered, no salads nothing, just the main course and skimpy at that. We paid $108 for the 4 of us and left hungry. I paid $8.50 for a beer... More

Dear wingwiperUSMC, we appreciate your perspective on our restaurant. We also regret that you were not fully satisfied, howewver, our menu is very clearly written and prices are printed next to each item. Furthermore all of our food is produced in-house, is hand made and the majority of our ingredients are organic. More

MINT is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant which even carnivores appreciate! Having eaten there on numerous occasions, I am always amazed at the variety, taste, and presentation of the food. Lots of TLC goes into the making of each dish and the open kitchen allows one to see the meals being prepared. A creative and ever changing menu includes many locally produced... More

Neither my husband nor I are vegetarians, but we decided to try it during a ski trip as Yelp gave it high marks and then our foodie B&B host also recommended it. The menu changes regularly, except for a few items which we happened to order -- the 'Mint' salad and 'Greens and Broccoli'. Both were excellent and I'm now... More

Our innkeeper recommended this restaurant, and I also heard good things from a co-worker ( in New Jersey!) I'm glad I came. The service was good and the atmosphere charming and romantic. The food was tasty, light, and very satisfying. Good wine list, too. I was only sorry they're not open Mondays, as we would have come back.

Meals are always great at Mint. The quality of food and service rate among the best in the area. It's menu is always changing which keeps the locals coming back again and again!!! Plan on leaving room for dessert too!

Being vegetarian, it is such a treat to be able to go into a restaurant and order *anything* on the menu without having to ask if there is any meat or meat stock in the dish. Mint is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free if you so choose, and it is truly creative. Many restaurants, when they do offer veggie choices, it is... More

Our food choices were good if not a little pricy. This is a clean little vegetarian restaurant, spartan but cosy. We would choose to visit again.

We agree with you on the spartan decor. In 2011, when Irene came around this cozy little place was filled with four feet of river water. When the water receded we had loose tea from our inventory pasted up four feet on our walls. Four months later we reopened the restaurant with the minimum decor and a tiled floor. Unfortunately...
