Great place for healthy portions of classic diner fare

Hungry? Go here. Want choices on the menu you remember from the 1950s? Go here. Want hard working and dedicated waitstaff who know their business? Go here. Conveniently located at the entrance to the new bridge that crosses Lake Champlain from the Vermont side, the Bridge Restaurant will... read more

Staff extremely rude. They stage you in the lobby where you sign in and wait to be seated. Restaurant empty and we waited 10 minutes before anyone came out to seat us. Chicken under cooked pink inside. French fries burned. Waitress extremely rude. Slammed food on table. Tossed drinking straw at my 10 year old son because he dropped his... More

We always stop for breakfast at the Bridge Diner on the last day of our fishing trip. The restaurant is clean, the wait staff polite and friendly and the food is great. Good pancakes, hash and eggs. An excellent breakfast. We have also dined at the Bridge for lunch and dinner. Great comfort food and excellent pie. Always a good experience.

A nice break from typical fast food. Service was fast and the waitress pleasant. Turkey came with ample potatoes and gravy. Very clean and inviting. Desserts are home made.

We had a hearty Sunday breakfast here, before the second part of our Spring cleanup. The menu was extensive, so if you like to have a full breakfast or brunch out, this is the place! My husband decided to try their Corned Beef Hash with Eggs and Homefries; I had the Eggs Benedict with a "tropical" fruit cup instead of... More

Dropped in for lunch as we were driving by. A lot full of cars seemed like a good sign. Food was good home style cooking. You definitely won't leave hungry. This is offseason so not too crowded. Good flow of people in and out. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

The restaurant was the closest one to where we were staying, so we went there. It was packed when we got there, and had to wait for a table to open up. The food was very tasty and plentiful, and we enjoyed our meal. It's not fancy, but it's a good value

We piled into the car and drove down from Burlington for lunch on 12/27/14, only to find a chalkboard notice on the front of the building that stated closed until Jan 3rd. We had checked the website before we drove down and it said that they would be open. Lisa, if you are going to run a website at least... More

The Bridge Restaurant reminded me of a diner that had seen better days! When we entered the restaurant, there was a type of "waiting room" with no one in sight. We walked in further to find a narrow room with tables on either side and a waitress running back and forth; she told us to seat ourselves. Apparently, she was... More
