Good Food Friendly Service

Dropped in for lunch as we were driving by. A lot full of cars seemed like a good sign. Food was good home style cooking. You definitely won't leave hungry. This is offseason so not too crowded. Good flow of people in and out. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

The restaurant was the closest one to where we were staying, so we went there. It was packed when we got there, and had to wait for a table to open up. The food was very tasty and plentiful, and we enjoyed our meal. It's not fancy, but it's a good value

We piled into the car and drove down from Burlington for lunch on 12/27/14, only to find a chalkboard notice on the front of the building that stated closed until Jan 3rd. We had checked the website before we drove down and it said that they would be open. Lisa, if you are going to run a website at least... More

The Bridge Restaurant reminded me of a diner that had seen better days! When we entered the restaurant, there was a type of "waiting room" with no one in sight. We walked in further to find a narrow room with tables on either side and a waitress running back and forth; she told us to seat ourselves. Apparently, she was... More

First of all they won't let you in, the door into the dining area is locked and you have to wait in a vestibule area and sign a book - it's not explained but we assumed this is a queueing system for busy periods, we didn't bother as there was only another couple before us and the restaurant was nearly... My friend and I had a very good meal here at lunch. I had the special which was a meatball sandwich and my friend had a half a turkey salad sandwich and corn chowder. Everything was very reasonable price. My friend and I really wanted the pie after some regulars at another table just raved about it. We were full... More

My wife and I tried to stop here for lunch, on our way to the Shelburne Museum. Since I have Celiac Disease, we need to know if a restaurant's menu has many (or any) gluten-free options. I asked the hostess if I could see a menu and was told "No!". She said we could sit down and wait, she would... More

A small quaint restaurant with that hometown diner feel, food and price. Portions are plentiful. http://thebridgerestaurantvt.com/

I don't know why TA has four $s on it. It's not pricey. This place was great! Visited Crown Point Historic area and crossed the bridge to this place on recommendation of locals. Beer, home brewed iced tea, great sandwich selection and their fried and onion rings are the real deal. Choice of soups made it hard to decide. Spilt... More

My wife and I rode down from Shelburne by boat and decided to get take out at this place. Nothing difficult, two sandwiches. My wife a BLT with swiss, with light mayo on one side; me a roasted turkey & swiss with lettuce onion and light mustard. As my rating shows for this place, don't bother to get take out.... More
