Have eaten here many times over the years. Super expensive entrees, very high-priced drinks. Can be a fine dining experience as food is generally high quality. You can eat at the bar but there is no bar menu. Very busy during ski season. My friend and I had pre-season dinner there in mid-November. The restaurant was nearly empty, with just... More

The food was excellent especially the braised Pork Loin. The waitress was very helpful. The only thing not up to par was the fact they ran out of several things in the menu we wanted to try

Hip restaurant right at the base of Stratton. Consistently excellent service and wclwcric menu are highlights. Manhattan prices are also conspicuous but the experience is worth the price.

Food was excellent Very good wine selection Good service Nice ambiance Although we got lucky without, I strongly recommend making reservations. We were in Stratton during low season, nothing happening, very quiet at the mountain except at Verde's!

Been to Verde a few times now, but last night's visit prompted me to write a review. Currently, Verde is running a 3-course summer pre fixe dinner menu for $25, Tuesday-Thursday. We took advantage of this menu last night and had the best dinner we have had there so far! If you can't get there until the weekend, it is... More

My husband and I love stratton and had never eaten here so we wanted to try it. Word of advice, make a reservation days in advance if you want to get a table. We ended up eating at the chefs table (a nice bar overlooking the kitchen) where you interact with the chef sometimes and watch. It was a beautiful... More

We had dinner here and the place is nicely decorated with jazz music playing and a full bar. It's at the bottom of the ski mountain with nice views. Table cloth and fresh rose at each table. Not for children under 14. Will accommodate though. Food is prepared and presented in a lovely fashion. Service is excellent. I had the... More

Been coming here for years and we truly have never had 1 negative experience. It has been phenomenal, but once Scott stopped taking the reservations it's been impossible to get in. It's sad because we've been going here for so long and we've brought friends. The food is amazing and so is the service. The service paired with the food... More

I have dined at many upscale restaurants, being from Boston there are plenty in town. However Verde is exquisite! The chef certainly knows how to prepare a dish from flavor to presentation each dish was on point. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the specialty fish that night was mouthwatering and the flatbread appetizer scrumptious. Of course we had to indulge... More

We've been coming to Verde for 4 years now and every time we enter the restaurant Scott greets us warmly. Most of the diners are repeat customers so you know it's a warm and inviting place. The food was incredible. From their great salads to their flat bread pizzas, cheese platter everything was on point. The servers are always very... More
